How can I plugin All in One SEO Pack and Google AnaIyticator and SEO by Yoast?
I have a wordpress hosted site using the Expound Theme.
I can’t find ‘plugins’ on my dashboard anywhere.
I have absolutely no technical knowledge and don’t know where to start! Help!

Also you are advised to ‘back up your database’ before installing plugins… how do you do that?! : /

Hi, I’m trying to back up my wp database onto my computer, but the instructions in troubleshoot are for an older version of phpMYadmin.

Just wondering if anybody knows the correct instructions to back up using phpMYadmin version 5.1.61.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I want to start instituting security steps to my blog. But before I do, I want to back up the database and files. I remember seeing a description for a plugin that does both for you at the click of a button. But I can’t find it again. I may have been dreaming. Does a plugin like that exist?

I know there’s one to back up the database, but I want one that backs up both the database and the core files w/ one mouse click. if it does exist, please reply w/ a link to the description on the WP site.

This issue is not urgent.

Recently i backup my database using plugin wp dbmanager from my wp blog www.A.com and import it on mysql database of my another wp site www.B.com. the database change theme, plugins, structure everthing even when i try to login – https://B.com/wp-login.php they redirect to https://A.com/wp-login.php.

now if i visit – https://B.com, i see eveything same as https://A.com, and when i click any post they redirect too – https://A.com post page.

which table i select?

How to backup only posts, pages, comments,category, tags. not full data base which include theme, structure, plugins.

i use wp-db manager, they create database which include everything.

Hi All, in short, i outsourced the work to some freelancer to do some upgrades, instead he screwed up my site.
So my main questions is. Is there any way to delete and reinstall wordpress then import my previous data back in to the default template? what folder are the data kept in?
