I built our website using Elementor, and everything was working fine. But recently, some of the data on the website disappeared from all the pages. I contacted WordPress support, and they spent three days trying to find a solution, but they couldn’t.
Here are the things they tried:
I’m really confused about what to do next. Can someone please help me?
A few screenshots of missing places are attached.

I am selling onlinecourses and use woocommerce for salesprocessing and lifterlms for the courses.
After being contacted by customers that were unable to log into their accounts, I noticed that their names are missing from the customers list in woocommerce (orderlist is intact) and are no longer listed as enrolled students in the lifterlms courses they already completed.
Thank you for your help.

is there a way to force the data through as it is obviously a link and there is nothing blocking the result?
]]>I have a form on my site that captures client information in preparation for a call. There are 51 possible fields to populate, but recently the form stopped providing data after the the 8th field (WHAT TYPE OF EVENT ARE YOU HAVING? *). I’ve tried playing with some of the settings with no success in getting the form to capture more data.
Thank you!
]]>PROBLEM:
Both BetterLinks and URL Shortify encountered exactly the same issue. From 4:53 to 5:28 there is 30 minutes of data missing!! Matomo visitors log has 6 records that BetterLinks and URL Shortify should have! So both have 6 records missing and/or 30 minutes of data missing.
Any idea what could have gone wrong?
SUGGESTION:
Allow search on analytics page to find IP data, that would be greatly helpful.
]]>I’ve successfully set up a dynamic dropdown using your country, states and city database, and for the most part it seems like all the data is fine for each country, but when I select the uk it just lists all the countries, cities and provinces in the UK in the states drop down.
Is there a way to remedy this?
]]>We migrated to a new host. However, we saw that the current and previous month are showing zero sales when in fact we did have sales.
Can you let’s know what can be done to bring back the data?
Thanks in advance.

]]>Thanks for this great plugin.
Recently I noticed an issue in one of my form. Issue is that, data is missing when the email was sent.
The form contains 135 input fields(Out of which, 7 are type ‘text’ and rest are of type ‘number’). There are some calculations to be do before sending mail. So what I did is create a text area in form and put that inside a hidden div, so that it is not visible to front end users. Upon submission, calculation are done using JavaScript and insert the result in textarea(Note that it is not just a number, but a series of text and numbers and also it is some what large content). And put that textarea name in mail body session of contact form.
When I fill all data in form, it is noted that some datas are missing in mail. But when I enter few data then mail received with full data(which is what I need).
While Googling I found below thread
“Some users experienced missing data when the email was sent. Random fields were not included in the email. After much research, I concluded this must be due to the size limitation of a cookie. Browsers generally limit the size of a cookie to 4,093 bytes which is roughly 4,000 english characters, which is roughly one typed page double-spaced. “
Can you please let me know is that the issue?
If yes how can I solve?
IF no, then what is the exact issue and how can I overcome this issue in ContactForm 7?
I am eagerly awaiting your quick reply on this.
Thanks in advance.
