The error is as follows:
Error establishing a connection to the database
This could mean that the database username and password you entered in your wp-config.php file are not correct, or that you cannot connect to the database server on localhost (which could indicate that the server is down).
Are you sure that the username and password are correct?
Are you sure you have entered the correct server name?
Are you sure that the database server is working?
If you are not sure what these terms mean, you should probably contact your hosting service. If you need more help, you can also visit the WordPress support forum.

]]>First your plugin is amazing and works as a charm.
But, I figured out that synchronization old media files doesn’t work if you use MySql not on the same server, where WP installed.
How is it possible to fix ?
Or maybe new update will fix this.
Thanks

I need urgent help please!
]]>I use the plugin The Events Manager, so that registered user (via the plugin Ultimate Member) and non-registered user are able to apply for events that we offer.
The data of the registered user can be found in the data base. But when someone is not logged-in and applies for an event as a guest via the suitable form (the form also comes from The Events Manager), the users’ data (name etc.) cannot be found in the data base.
Does anybody know to which place the plugin moves the guests’ data? Where is it saved?
Thanks a lot for your help!
