There seems to be an issue with the realtime stats in the Dashboard widget not automatically updating.
This occurs on all our sites (single sites, multisites). One of them is still running v1.6.5 so it doesn’t seem to be related to the v1.7.x update.
In the widget it says there have been 0 views (with 0 in the last hour).
Once you go to the statistics page (/wp-admin/index.php?page=koko-analytics) and then go back to the Dashboard, the stats in the widget will be updated to the correct amount of views.
But the issue persists because during the day as the stats won’t update automatically. They will only update after visiting the statistics page (/wp-admin/index.php?page=koko-analytics).
So every new day it starts with 0 views (with 0 in the last hour).
In one of the sites, we’re also using the get_most_viewed_posts function for a custom ‘most read’ articles widget. That used to work fine. Not sure if it’s related, but the client is now reporting that the articles in that widget won’t update as well.
The client also sends out a newsletter with these ‘most read’ articles, so it’s important that this data is regularly updated.
Is this a bug in the plugin or possibly something else? What can we check? Is there a specific cronjob that should be running?

capability should see it.
All other users get an “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error if they click links in Duplicator dashboard widget.

]]>Sometimes I find my WooCommerce dashboard widget will list the wrong information under the top product sold. That is, it will list something that is not even a product.
I was surprised, today, that my top selling product was a local nature conservancy and that I had sold three of them! I think the title was coming from a map pin on my site.
Any idea what might be causing this? Some sort of caching issue?
Thanks
If you have disabled some roles from accessing Rank Math and login as a user of those roles the “Rank Math Overview” dashboard widget displays for them when it should not.
It is empty (as if the content has been disabled for them) but the box remains and is empty – therefore this dashboard widget needs disabling for non-Rank Math enabled user roles.
Thank you,
]]>Just one issue I’m having. This is on multisite with the plugin activated at network level.
Is there a way to add an HTML dashboard widget to be visible to my editor role across all sites on the installation, and then also add HTML dashboard widgets for the same role but just to specific sites?
i.e. All sites get one standard widget with information, and some sites get their own specific information widget.
In my testing, I can go to a subsite and add the widget for the role, then go to another subsite and do the same there. The widgets display separately to the role on the separate sites.
But, then if I add a widget ‘globally’ via the primary network website, it correctly displays on all subsites, but saving it also causes the other widgets to become visible on all subsites.
Is there a way to achieve what I’m trying to do?
Regards
Rob
p.s I should add that I activated it at Network level so that I could manage menus and roles and other settings to be the same for all sites at once.
]]>Just a small widget that would should some delivery statistics at a glance without having to navigate through multiple menus in the actual plugin. Not holding out much hope, but I think it would be a nice touch. I typically don’t take the time to navigate those menus, but I would take notice if it was already on my Dash.
Thanks for the consideration.

]]>The graph of stats from Jetpack will not load from within my wp-admin dashboard. The Jetpack dashboard shows the graph, but the graph in the widget in wp-admin just keeps spinning and will not load.
I recently changed from a development site to a production site, but can not see how to update Jetpack about this detail.
The stats are working for all my other sites.
It also works when I go into troubleshooting mode, with all the plugins activated. And the Jetpack debugging tool says there are no issues.
Could you possibly help?
Thanks in advance!
