Just Tried Hithlighter.. it seems awesome…
And works fine with chrome. But when i went to try it out in explorer and shared to facebook it showed questionmarks al the places with ? ? and ? (Danish letters)
When sharing to twitter, it worked perfectly both in chrome and explorer.
Is this a bug in the plugin or in my explorer?
You can see the quote i shared here
It was the PS. in the buttom of the blogpost.
thanks in advance
Mette

Comment: ?| ?? ?¥ ???|???¥
I made the following changes:
in wp-config:
define('DB_COLLATE', 'utf8_general_ci');
in header.php:

and in the form:
$headers = 'MIME-Version: 1.0' . "\r\n";
$headers .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8' . "\r\n";
$headers = 'From: Page <'.$emailTo.'>' . "\r\n" . 'Reply-To: ' . $email;
any ideas how to make it work?
I am receiving the email in outlook.
thanks in advance.
Our site called www.MobilReparationer.dk has a problem with special charaters used in tags.
In the danish alphabet we have letters such as ?, ? and ?.
We have a post tagged with “iphone 4 reparation Hellerup” and “HTC reparation ?sterbro”.
The first URL resolves just fine:
https://mobilreparationer.dk/?tag=iphone-4-reparation-hellerup
Second one including the special character is not working:
https://mobilreparationer.dk/?tag=htc-reparation-?sterbro
The obvious solution is to write all the tags using code for instead of the special characters – however, I do not like that solution!
Anyone know how to fix this?
Today I am using Joomgallery to present my photos. I am looking for a similar gallery-plugin, where I can:
– upload filenames with special Danish letters (???)
– spilt up in categories (Birds > Small Birds > Sparrows > etc.)
– display title of the photo
Do anybody have a hint about a plugin, that solves my wishes?
