Customizr Slider has some problems with some mobile device and some desktop monitor size.

Carousel caption and arrows miss-positioned

Hi.
Recently in the theme Customizr my carousel and the block inside moved to the top and arrows controlling slider to the bottom. No changes to css were done to affect it. I run 2 sites and one is working perfectly well and new one, which was working OK 7 days ago is now offset. Solution I found is to use css code bellow for carousel caption part, but seems to be not a right solution as original default set up is acceptable for me. Arrows are just not solved.

Any ideas what could happen?

I have defined slider from homepage by the strings translations.
Each of my 3 languages has its own slider (homepage-slider-en, homepage-slider-nl and homepage-slider-pt.
For another page I want to do the same, but I can not define different slider.
For example:
3 languages: en, nl, pt (same page in 3 languages)
I have defined slider as slider-extra-en, slider-extra-nl en slider-extra-pt, but how can I give each one its own slider?
I have tried to define it on each translation page, but it only accepts the last one.

Remove text from Customizr slider

I’ve searched for a way to remove the text and shaded block from the slider and have found no help. Is it possible to remove the text and block to just have rotating images and the controls? I don’t have the child theme installed. Is there any way to do this without having to install the child theme? Thanks!

Customizr – separate slider for mobile

Hi there,

My customizr site (grammarfactory.com) is set up with a homepage slider. Because the slider image includes text (I just couldn’t get the fomatting right using the text overlay feature), I’ve disabled this slider for screens less than 480px wide.

Is it possible to create a second homepage slider designed for mobile devices and, if so, how would I do it?

Customizr Theme Front Slider Image issue

Hello everyone! Thanks for reading. I hope someone can help, I have been trying to fix this issue for days, and can not seem to come to a resolution. Below contains my issue.

1. Website: www.marcellspallet.com

2. Problem: On the front page (Tab=Home) the front slider keeps moving up and down as well as becomes distortional and fidgets quite often. This slider is built in with the theme. I have both the images at a fixed pixel 1170×500. Both are purchased high quality images.

3. What I have tried: I have tried resizing the images, changing full width to half width. Really everything to my knowledge. I have exhausted all my options and am seeking the power of the communities help.

4. Slider: There are two images on the slider both same sizes and both have issues going up and down and becoming distorted.

I have installed customizr theme on wp4.1 but when I see the website on a different window the default sliders do not work.

Please help me out on this.

slider lost in customizr update 3.2.2

I just upgraded the customizr to 3.22 and now I have lost my slider where the blazes did you guys hide it? I have tried all ways known to man and I cannot get my slider back what is going on here. I upgrade and now there are more bugs. go figure that one.
www.accountingprofessionals.ca is my website. I had it today before I upgraded. This is not funny folks. Also why is my logo squished I tried putting my logo in the header and it gets squeezed or placed too far down in the header when I don’t shrink the logo to the advisable size. What gives here?

customizr slider with static image and fading text

How would I modify the slider to just show a static image but have text fade in and out over it. I found the instructions for changing the slide transition to fade which kind of works. I am using the same image for each slide so it appears static, though it slides in at the beginning. Is there a clean way to set the background image as static and then to have the text fade in and out?
