Changes not saved when i use ‘Customize’

Hi, so im editing my website, and im using at the same time Elementor and ‘Customize’ on top of the page.

When i make changes through ‘customize’ (like for Header, Color, Logo), and after saving the Draft, i do not see the changes on the website, i only see them when i go back again to ‘customize’.

Could someone please support here? Thank you!

class-wp-customize-background-image-setting.php missing in wordpress 6.1

I have a fresh WP 6.1 installation on PHP 8.1

All fine with customizing default Theme in WP.
Installing Generate Press Theme works but click on customize give this message:
Warning: require_once(/wordpress/wp-includes/customize/class-wp-customize-background-image-setting.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wordpress/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-setting.php on line 974

I checked and the class-wp-customize-background-image-setting.php does not exist in my WP installation. There is however a file with name: class-wp-customize-background-image-control.php

According to Generate Press Theme it is compatible with WP 8.1. Is this a known issue?

How to fix Customize error “Looks like something’s gone wrong.”

I’m trying to change the font used for the content of our website, but whenever I go into the Customize tool and make a change, I get this error message: “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”

I wait a few seconds, try again, and get this error message: “The previous set of changes has already been published. Please try saving your current set of changes again.”

I get stuck in this loop of errors and my changes never actually publish. I’ve looked up this issue before but I’ve never fully understood what I need to do to fix it.

Hoping someone can help.

I notice that there is a variable that calls the error messages $error.
I wunder where the plan text of the messages are located.
For example in the checkout page “field required”. I would like to find the plain text and not changing it with php code.

Brand new WP installation with Astra theme.
On changing the logo using customize button, I am seeing below error when I publish

I have tried it multiple times, with no success. I am stuck.
Such a basic operation is not working. First time customer, and highly disappointed with the WP quality.

Hi,
When I wanted to customize, I got this msg: “There was a problem when trying to load the customizer.Please open your browser debug tool, and report any error message (in red) printed in the javascript console in the Hueman theme forum.

Followed by this: “Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.”

Can you please tell me how to fix this issue.

customize not working on any theme

Tried a couple different themes now and whenever I click on ‘customize’ I just get an error message, says this:

Warning: require_once(SITE DETAILS): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/SITE DETAILS on line 915

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘SITE DETAILS’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in SITE DETAILS on line 915

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to fix this?, It’s a new install and everything else seems to be working fine. Except I’m not able to really do anything with the site.

Hello,

After updating to wordpress 4.0 I get two errors:

When trying to add a new post I cant see what I’m typing and this errorcall is at the bottom :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_editor_stylesheets() in /home/deb71900n2/domains/writingmonique.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php on line 515

And when I try to customize my theme I get this error in a new screen:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::add_panel() in /home/deb71900n2/domains/writingmonique.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-widgets.php on line 436

Maybe its really simple, some sort of problem recognizing widgets ?

I hope someone could help me. I’d really appreciate it.

I am using the following WordPress theme (MH Magazine) on my Website: Furnishfine.com
When I click the “Customize” button I get the following error message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.
