I am trying to change the label for the activation email (To activate your user, please click the following link…). There are two entries in the labels edit section and I have changed both, but there is no change in the email. The old unchanged email is still sent. Any ideas?
Thanks
I need assistance in understanding if I can customize a Dokan new order email that is sent to the vendor. Trying to see if we completely can customize that email or if I need to create another way to automatically send a email when order has been made.
Back story; creating a marketplace and dont want the seller or buyer to see each others information and we dont want the order price to be visible, which is the case in Dokan new order vendor email.
Thanks
We have a drop down with 5 items, and want to customize a line of email text if one of specific the items is selected but if any of the other 4 are selected, include this other text.
Right now it seems we would have to create an inclulsion for each of the selected items – which is messy, especially in the subject line!
Hopefully there’s another way to do this. Thanks!
However when editing the content of my emails it doesnt allow for
code in the text so all the content in my emails is contained in one paragraph without
’s making my emails look really bad.
I would like my emails to look like this…

I find the text extremely small and hard to read.
I see you have an advanced editor with upgrade packages. I’m looking to just make this one change, however, and don’t mind doing it manually.
I also see this https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000506665-how-to-change-font-size-in-emails-
But the emails also don’t contain our brand’s font. I understand not all browsers can show our custom font. But sometimes they do and I’d like to change it if possible.
thank you
In the email that the customer receive it shows only the Title of the product attribute.
I want to show the Description Field of the custom attribute (screenshot) in the email.
