Changing Color for Blog Entries

Hi, I’m trying to update the font colors from dark gray to white, and I’m going through the Settings. I tried Appearance – Customize, but the only options that show up are “Header Text Color” and “Background Color.” Am I looking in the wrong area?

I’m using the theme “Argent.”

Can’t Customize Appearance in Neve

From my WP dashboard, whenever I try to customize the theme settings in Neve, I get the following error message:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Of course I don’t get an email at my admin mailbox and the link to WP documentation does not address this issue. I can’t access these settings from within the page builder either (same error message from the handy links area). What am I missing?

Can’t add email embed to site footer or sidebar

Whenever I try to add a Hustle email embed to my site’s footer or sidebar (under Appearance > Customize), neither works. I’ve tried both Hustle and Hustle Legacy, too. It will show the custom title I type, but not the embed itself underneath it.

Please let me know what to do, my goal is to have email signups showing on either sidebar or footer.

I have tried to customize the appearance of one of my formes and it broke my website.

This is the message I have received:

I have tried to deactivate Ocean-extra and Forminator and it didn’t solve the problem.

Only when I have changed the theme remove the error message.

Any help will do.

Page Edit and Theme Customization not working…

ok – this one is a total mystery –
since yesterday – when no changes were made to the website – we have been unable to edit PAGES, and unable to use the “Customization” in appearance.

yes we have turned off all plugins
yes we have reinstalled wordpress
yes we have switched to default theme
yes we have renamed htaccess and let it generate a new one

none of those solutions have worked.
i currently have a maintenance mode page up, and no other plugins except wordfence active,
and have it set to twenty-sixteen…

on PAGE EDIT screen i get white on white text, no tool bar, and switching between text & visual doesn’t do anything (tho if i hightlight the text that is on the page i can see that it is indeed switching) – also don’t get most of the metaboxes – just the publish box, and the heading for “page attributes” but no content in that one.

on Customize Appearance i just get a 500 error.

Everything else SEEMS to work just fine. I can edit POSTS with no problem…
plugin settings seem to be editable.

Originally i couldn’t even access the PAGES list… and narrowed that down to Jetpack and Learnpress, but still couldn’t get the editing window corrected…

i’m at the end of my sleuthing skills.
would be very very grateful for some sherlock assistance at this point.

Login page when attempting to change "Appearance" -> "Customize"

After I upgraded moments ago, though this may have existed previously, when I attempt to customize the appearance, I get a login.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

WordPress Meltdown

I am having a couple of issues and am completely oblivious on how to fix them. I am running a Responsive Theme, but that does not seem to be the issue. I went to Appearance -> Customize, and all that shows up is the menu on the left side of the screen, none of the images on the right or any options to customize. When I click on Site Title or Tagline, Header Image, Colors or any options, nothing happens. That is my first issue.

The second issue I am having has to do with editing pages. I click on the page to edit, it takes me to that edit page, and I can edit using the visual editor. However, when I click on the Text (HTML) editor, again nothing happens. The same issue occurs when I click the Add Media button.

What can I do to fix these problems?

I have a new page built using Twenty Ten. I am not using the site for blogging and do not want comment; I have tried every setting I can find (and there’s a bunch!) but cannot remove the field in upper right corner of all my pages that shows Archives, Meta, and a search box. What am I not doing?
