Hi,
We migrated our website from a different domain extension at the beginning of 2023

We noticed a couple of things with your plugin that should reflect our new website

On cusrev.com/login.html the profile created originally with our old email address still exists with the old license key and an account with the new email address on cusrev.com doesn’t exist

How to update the email address and license key linked to cusrev.com ?

Also on reviews > settings > cusrev.com the website URL needs to be updated but this update is forbidden on our end

How to edit the email address, license key and website URL for migrated website?

New customer reviews do not get counted

Hi,
we are using the latest version of this plugin
we approved today a new customer review and it displays in the reviews tab under that specific product but it does not get counted

the review number is wrong after approving a new customer review
How to fix it?

Пользуюсь плагином Customer Reviews for WooCommerce уже довольно давно, ранее все работало корректно.
Недавно заметил, что упало количество отзывов до 0, выяснил,что письма на электронную почту не отправляются (тестил).
Делал заказы, сам себе уведомления отправлял, но ничего не приходит. Пробовал через тест письмо, тоже безрезультатно.

Написал в службу поддержки хостинга, протестили, выяснили, что письмо даже не создаётся плагином.
Все остальные письма от woocommerce отправляются.

Посоветовали написать разработчикам, но так и не нашёл куда писать. Кто-нибудь сталкивался?

Uploaded reviews are exposed for every product.
Is there a way to upload each review separately according to the product ID value?

Stars appear as “S” when added using gutenberg block

Hi,
we added shop reviews too in the homepage but the stars appear as capital “S” so the whole purpose of the star rating is not showing

We added all the customers reviews obtained with your plugin via a gutenberg block. We updated to the latest version of your plugin last night. wordpress version is 5.7.2 and woocommerce version is 5.5.1

How to make the stars showing correctly?

I don’t know how to explain the issue, but you can go thought this link and all will be clear, https://zagonbrand.com/product/hoodie-gojo-satoru/ for example if you open this product it will show automatically reviews on the product page, so the url will automatically be https://zagonbrand.com/product/hoodie-gojo-satoru/#reviews / the second problem is that no one can add a new review, the button just despair, so when i deactivate the plugin it works rightly. what i can do in the situation? the problem is that i like this plugin so much so i even don’t want to search for another plugin. Regards.

uploading image issue

I can easily upload 2 images but for the third image, it doesn’t upload, it keeps on hanging. I waited for several minutes yet it doesn’t upload the third image.
to post my review I have to refresh the page and again click on add new review button then I uploaded only 2 images, after the long process it posted a review.

Something is wrong with uploading images. Please help!

Store Reviews are not showing

Hi,
we moderated the store reviews that are pertinent adding on the homepage as shortcode [cusrev_all_reviews number=”0″] or even this other one [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” sort_by=”date” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_pictures=”false” show_products=”true” categories=”” product_tags=”” products=”” shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”false” show_replies=”false” show_more=”0″]
but no reviews are showing

we would like a page on our WordPress website ideally the homepage where returning and new customers are greeted by the store reviews first of all. we have as of today 6 very nice store reviews to show off. maybe we would like the option to have on the homepage the store and product reviews together. Our product reviews are as of today 11. what shortcode should be written?

Hi!

We have downloaded and configured your module in order to get the XML file to summit the feed to our Google merchant account in order to get the reviews of the products

Once we have mapped the fields of the feed in the module cofiguration we try to reach the feed urlfir the reviews: https://cantinetta-vino-frigo.it/wp-content/uploads/cr/product_reviews.xml in order to see how is the file generated but it give us a 404 error like the feed is not being created by your module.

Please could you help us to solve that, maybe we are missing up something in the configuration of the module

If you need further information in order to assist us we will provide it ASAP
