Please help…
]]>I’m facing a peculiar issue where the customer note section on the checkout page is auto-populated when a user is logged in to their account. Additionally, once you manually delete the text in the customer note field and place an order, the order still gets the previous note added to it. It shows up in both the backend and customer confirmation email.
I’d greatly applicative any advice anyone has on solving this issue!
]]>I’ve just noticed on a recent invoice that long customer notes that cause an additional page to be added makes the final total on the second page crumple into a very small column on the right hand side, instead of neatly beneath the notes like usual.
Is there a custom code or something that will stop this behaviour and keep the final total on the bottom even with long notes? – This is with the simple premium template
Thank you for your time.
]]>I use plugin MagicShop that send all customer notes to client but the automatic notes are also treated as a customer notes.

]]>“The following note has been added to your order:
Payment Status : Succeeded [ 2020-04-24 13:08:09 ] . Source : visa( credit ). Charge Status :Captured. Transaction ID : txn_1GbXoiE4Omv4m…………..” etc
I only want the customer to receive the order confirmation. Is there no way to turn off the payment status note while keeping customer notes on? Or make payment status a private note instead of a public note?
]]>How do I make more than 1 box? Say, I want to make 2-3 boxes (name, address, etc).
Basically it is the same as Customer Notes, but instead of only 1 box to fill in, they have more than 1.
For demo purpose, order number is 001
]]>Thanks for the plugin. May we know if it is possible to add the customer order notes on the packing list. This will be beneficial for the user of the plugin.
Thank you and I look forward to your assistance.

Is it possible that sending an email to admin automatically when front-end user adds “Customer Notes” via [tracking-form]?
Thanks!
