I know it’s download link’s expiry date but this looks so bad on emails… How to remove it and keep the customer informed when the download link expires? Thanks!

]]>New to your plugin and appreciate your work and any help you can give.
After running some tests, the customer name isn’t being pulled from woocommerce (latest version) and latest version of wordpress, and latest version of your plugin installed.
I have it set up to request a review from trustpilot. The first part of the email shows as follows:
Dear {{customer_full_name}},
When the email is received – the customer name is not shown – it shows only the short code of {{customer_full_name}},
Can you assist?
Thanks in advance.

I’d like the customer to receive account creation email if they choose (Subscription Products) Mandatory.
While, I’d like the customers can either checkout as guest or create account for (Simple Products). Optional
Moreover, IF a customer buys (Subscription Products + Simple Products), Again the account creation email should be sent to them. Mandatory.
I’ve tried creating workflow via automatewoo but seemingly, I couldn’t succeed with the model.
I appreciate your inputs.
Thanks

]]>I have just discovered a problem that unfortunately causes me a lot of trouble. When an order is made on my site, I receive the message for the new order, the customer also receives a confirmation email. But when the order failed or I want to cancel the order, I receive the cancellation or failure email, but the customer receives nothing at all! I had orders that were cancelled a weeks ago and the customer contacted me to know where his order is.
Anyway, I did some tests of order and the problem comes from the fact that {customer_email} does not work ( in email type and text > RECEIVER(S) > Enter the recipients (separated by a comma) for this email. Sent by default to )! I tried adding my personal email address instead of {customer_email} and I get the order cancellation. But I want the customers to receive this automatically. How can I solve this problem? This is quite urgent. I am manually contacting the customers of failed or cancelled orders at the moment but it is not very professional.
I am using WordPress 5.9.3 with the latest version of your extension, Kadence Theme 1.1.19 and Woocommerce.
Sincerely,
Antoine

Thank you very much!
