Essentially, the user would go to the site and select either “ship now” or “get quote”. The ship now option would add the product to the cart and take them to the checkout page, where they would enter shipping origin and destination to calculate the shipping rate. They could then complete payment. The get quote option would just take them to the form to enter shipping origin and destination and provide them with a quote and the option to make the purchase.
Any insight or links to documentation etc that might accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
]]>It doesn’t matter if I select flat rate, quantity based or any other method.
I need to switch back to PHP 7.4 in order for it to work.
Already tried Twenty Three theme and all other plugins deactivated.
WP 6.1.1
WooCommerce 7.1.0
Question: How can I then present these options to the customer so that they can select which shipping method they want to use? Surely this has been done so much that there’s a plugin or existing code for it that I can modify.
I don’t want/can’t use anything that requires setting up shipping tables and costs or calculates shipping locally. I just need to display the shipping options and costs to the customer at checkout.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction?????
]]>Deliveries are only to one city. The shipping price varies from neighborhood to neighborhood. What we want is a solution that will enable us to assign shipping rates to different custom neighborhoods. The customer should select their neighborhood using a drop-down menu (we created) when calculating shipping.
Can somebody help recommend a solution?
Thanks in advance
]]>After a bit of investigation, I found that in the Booster: Custom Shipping Settings module if “By total basket weight table” is selected, the calculated shipping cost is always zero. Also the “Table Total Rows” setting seems to be completely ignored. I couldn’t find any workaround for this, except replacing all the plugin files with files from an earlier version.

]]>To make it easier on customers he wants to provide round trip shipping as in
1) Customer selects shoe type and repair needed
2) Completes the order paying by credit card
3) Prints label on confirmation page
4) Ships using pre-paid shipping to store for repairs
5) Shoes are received and repaired
6) Shoes are returned to customer
Everything is working fine, setting up return shipping and all that no problem. Finding a solution for customer sending to store though.
This is my last attempt at trying to find a plugin or custom method for customers to ship items to the store for repairs. Printing the label I can do if need be using dompdf or something. But I can’t seem to find anything on creating custom shipping for customer to store.
Any suggestions much appreciated
]]>After you choose the number of methods you want to add and admin titles, visit WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping to set each method’s options. There two subsections – shipping with shipping zones and legacy custom shipping methods.
I cannot find the two subsections.
I need to create a new method with shipping zones but after careful inspection I only have legacy.
I am using Booster Plus.
Please help.
Cheers
I run an online marketplace ( www.theveganoutlet.com ) and I have WC Vendors installed, I am trying to set different delivery prices for each product/vendor but I cant find a plugin that can do this? Each Vendor has different delivery prices so I cant set one Flat Rate for all products.
I am looking to have the shipping set to £0.00 and then add the delivery price for each product.
