I am trying to customise the email sent after form submission.
The only way it works is with [all-fields]. If I enter any specific field IDs, I only get an email with the Meta Data added, but no fields at all. I have followed all the tutorials, I am doing everything right.
I can’t even receive a simple <p>Hi. A new forms has been submitted</p.
I triple checked all my field IDs, have it set to HTML format, have latest versions of everything, no toher problems… I just can’t see why this would not work…
It doesn’t even work with the template example on Elementor docs page (with my field_ids of course).
It’s a super simple form with 4 fields.
Please help, I’m, going mental…

]]>I am using the below plugin to enable the renting of these items. I was wonder is there a plugin, or other means to where if a specific item is rented, it will send admin an email to [email protected], and if another item is rented, it will send another email to different admin such as [email protected], based on the products rented. This is based on whichever product is rented.
This is a husband and wife business. The husband want email notification on all the bouncers and slides, and the wife wants email notification only for the chair and table rentals.
Is this possible?

]]>There are conflicts with this plugin and our email customizer “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer”. It appears that AST overrides the template “Customer Completed Order”. I was able to get our personalized message to appear on these emails by going through WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings?> Email Content.
However, the email container width is also being overwritten. In Kadence, the Content Width is set to 650px. When I deactivate AST, the email fits within the designated space. When AST is active, the email fills the full width. This happens when “Display shipment status section” is checked (when unchecked, the email width is back to normal). Is there a way to set the width and have “display shipment status” on?
Also, the alignment in the email preview window does not match the actual. In test emails, each line item (shipping provider logo, shipper name, tracking #, track button) are stacked on top of one another instead of being aligned horizontally across the space. The tracking links are functional. Any way to fix this for the sake of aesthetics?

]]>super strange – we’ve built a couple of websites with your plugin and created custom woocommerce order status. On every other website we can choose the created status (even in the wrong directory (all e-mails to an admin have been in customer and vice versa) but it worked). Somehow on this website every created custom order status is simply not there. Any ideas how?
Same plugins, same hosting service, same theme. Even the same names for the status. Please help if possible!

]]>Email I receive as someone who made an order doesn’t include order data and isn’t styled like the remaining WooCommerce emails (it’s basically an empty email with only title and subject which I set up in the WooCommerce settings > Emails).

]]>Well Course 3 was developed with another teacher and I would like to send an email to that teacher whenever a Course 3 it’s bought.
Also I would like to make a history or a desktop for that teacher to have the registry about how many courses have been sold per month for example.
I don’t like teacher to edit or see the Wp admin, just to keep track of the sells and to be notified when a Course 3 is sold and keep it the more proffessional and tidy as It can be.
