When I open the Customizer with Custom Community, I get a warning:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/toniengl/public_html/wp-content/themes/custom-community/includes/admin/customizer-options.class.php on line 578
1). The live site and Customizer preview look very different from each other:
– the site name font is very different
– the layout below the header is different
– no slideshow on the live site
(but maybe the theme default slider does not appear on the live site?)
2). In the Customizer, when I hit “Save & Publish” the button does not change to “Saved”, but some changes are saved

I need to put a working theme back in place for now. I can change it whenever anyone needs me to do so for troubleshooting.
Thank you
]]>Someone else made a child theme for me from the Custom Community theme.
I now get this error after recently updating my plugins and themes:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_responcive_class() in /…header.php on line 20
on line 20 of header php is: <body <?php body_class(get_responcive_class()) ?> id=”cc”>
Any ideas how I go about fixing this?
Thanks.

Can you please advise me on what I am doing wrong?
Thank you in advance,

I’m using WooCommerce on my other website (www.ArialBurnz.com) and the buttons do not flutter over there. I’m using the Mantra Theme, though. (Annoyingly, my product images are inconsistent, going between squares and portrait-rectangular images. I would like them all portrait rectangles, but that has been another problem I haven’t been able to solve – please see my Arial Burnz site and click on “shop” to see that one).
Any suggestions about either of the above issues? I have tried to search for this problem in the forums and I didn’t see anything, so forgive me if this has already been addressed and I missed it.
Thank you!!!

]]>I’ve installed it and it works perfectly fine in the preview page in the admin dashboard BUT when I try to use it in my site the search box shows up but the AJAX call doesn’t happen and instead it functions like the old search I already had (need to click search.)
I’m using a heavily altered Custom Community 1.10 theme with the latest Buddypress.
I’ve renamed & commented out the theme’s searchform.php (as well as it’s search.php, search-single.php, search-loop.php) and also the Buddypress searchform.php file but that hasn’t fixed it.
I’ve also deactivated all other plugins and that hasn’t made a difference either… so it must be a conflict with my theme? The theme hasn’t been updated in over a year, any ideas what it could be?

]]>Basically I’m trying to figure out how to introduce a slider I’ve created with Nextend Smart Slider Lite (version 1.0.22), just beneath the navigation menu at the top of my website’s homepage i.e. where the default slider for the Custom Community Theme would ordinarily appear (I’ve disabled it).
my website is https://thoughthouse.org
I have a shortcode for the slider for use in the widget sidebar but this isn’t where I’d like for the slider to appear. From what I read around the forums here it seems the thing to do is to introduce some coding to the Header.php file or index.php file. However I have no idea what that coding ought to be and where exactly I would need to put it.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

]]>First, the right sidebar on some articles are placed incorrect, right sidebar can be seen at the lower part. It should be at the exact place, which is below the menu bar.
Second, I can’t change the header image size. I use a 940×95 header image for my header but found out a space between the header image and menu. So what I did, I pull down the header to integrate it with the menu BUT leaving me with a blank space at the very top. tsk!
If someone can help me with my problem, please do not hesitate to help me! I will really appreciate your help! thanks!
