Meanwhile, when I login to WordPress in general with the admin email account, the website itself is nowhere to be found on my list of sites. The main page of the website (https://radicallymoderate.co/) just gives me this error:
There has been a critical error on your website.

I can’t do the debugging since I can’t access the admin page, and when I login to wordpress in general the website is not listed as one of my domains. Any ideas?
]]>I’m hoping someone can help me with an urgent issue I’m facing. I recently backed up my website through cPanel and downloaded the backup files onto my desktop. I was running an outdated version of WordPress, and after updating both WordPress and my plugins, when I try to access the products and blog sections, I’m getting fatal errors on the pages, and they are no longer displaying properly. I didn’t realize the update would cause this much trouble, and as this is a live website, I really need to get it back up and running as quickly as possible.
Is it possible to reinstall the previous backup I had before making these updates? I have the backup files saved, but I’m not entirely sure of the safest way to restore them without making things worse.
Any advice or guidance on how to restore the site or any alternative suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
]]>I have tried a few different things like password resetting with the email addresses that should have been associated with the site as user logins, but despite the back-end information I’m given through cPanel this hasn’t worked. I have attempted to go through cPanel by changing the passwords and to add myself as a user, but neither of those have been the solution.
As a bit of information, WordPress is neither installed on GoDaddy nor cPanel so that seems very odd to me and that there’s a possibility that the former employee who left on bad terms may have sabotaged the website itself, but maybe I’m jumping to conclusions. My supervisor would prefer for me not to install a separate WordPress, but with each day that passes, it looks more and more as if that’s the best solution especially with all of the former users being on old (seemingly non-existent) WordPress.
Any information of how I can proceed forward would be very much appreciated.
NOTE: I am using Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge on my work computer.
]]>When I make changes to the WordPress theme or adjustments in other plugins sometimes I am locked out of my site. I am given the “403 Forbidden openresty” error page. It takes a few minutes to allow me back into the site.
The latest error occurred when I changed text and links in the footer of the WordPress theme. I clicked Publish to the changes. Then I clicked the button inside the WordPress admin to go back to the main page to work on other tasks. Then the error occurred and locked me out of the site.
I think I need to turn off some AIOS plugin settings to make adjustments to my site.
What settings in AIOS would prevent admins from making basic changes to the site?
Thanks. Jason
