WooCommerce Ghost Coupon [Possible Fraud?]

Hello!

I’m having troubles on my E commerce with some orders and want to discard this is not Fraud. As you can see in the first attached image, this is part of the Order visualization where are the payment values, in the Admin Zone. In this case we can see a discount in the Coupon line as if there were a 100% discount, but there is no Coupon name in the left side as expected:

Next an example when a Coupon is correctly redeemed:

I don’t understand how is this possible, because the customer who did the purchase is not allowed to have discounts.

Coupon does not exist error

Unfortunately our Black Friday coupon has not been working for customers when trying to checkout. a message saying ‘coupon “Friday15” does not exist’.

Have checked all settings and tried to delete coupon and create a new one but still no luck. A timely response would be much appreciated.

Hello,

When I add a coupon to my basket which doesn’t fit the requirements for minimum or maximum spend, the error message displays –

“The maximum spend for this coupon is ￡20.”

I don’t know why this is happening and after looking at the file class_wc_coupon.php in Plugins > WooCommerce > includes, the text string seems correct however is displaying this crazy message.

I’d also like to personalise the string is possible to display the coupon name, so I’d like the final string (for this example) to be –

“The maximum spend for coupon ‘COUPON_NAME’ is ￡20.”

I have tried editing and copying the file to my child theme however nothing is taking effect, is this to do with where I’m placing the file in the child theme directory?

PS – If you’re looking to test, then add any single card to the basked and use code ‘new collector’ in cart, minimum spend for this coupon is ￡8 which is not fulfilled by a single card.

Have to put each product (with each variations) one by one in the “Products” field. By just filling in the “Product Categories” field, the coupon send error message when dealing with variable products: “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to your cart contents.”

Very nice plugin unless below bugs cleared.

When it set up coupon on ENGLISH wordpress,

it can be saved but cannot used with invalid code.

When it set up coupon on non-latin such as JAP,CHI..

it can not save so cannot even use it.

In pro version is for E-Commerce and Coupon function is important.

Please kindly check and fix or inform here how to solve this issue.

Woocommerce coupon and PayPal conflict

Hello,
I created a coupon code so that my customers could get a discount on select products on my page. The coupon code works perfectly fine on the checkout page, but for some reason once they “proceed to paypal” the total on the paypal page does not reflect coupon discount. I spoke to PayPal and they said this is a WooCommerce issue. What can I do to solve this issue? Web page is https://store.honeylala.com, the discounted products are from the “Novelty” section and coupon code is “lala100”.

Error code 10413 when checkout with coupon discount.

Same error message with George

Payment error:
An error occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.

I encounter that error message too but on my part it occurs only when I add coupon discount and checkout.

I have done some researching and code tracing and it seems that this is cause by the line item not sure how to fix it but I have able to extract the error code 10413 in the error message.

Hope plugin authors will find a solution.

I found the error, when applied coupon code on cart page.

( ! ) Fatal error: Cannot access self:: when no class scope is active in C:\wamp\www\jigoshop\wp-content\plugins\jigoshop\templates\shortcode\cart.php on line 193

Jigoshop coupon error

I have recently updated Jigoshop to 1.12.1. I have added coupons for my shoppers. When the coupon code is entered on the cart page, the coupon works fine except I get the following error message on the main cart page.
Warning: Division by zero in /home/susans16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/classes/jigoshop_cart.class.php on line 578
If I remove the coupon, the error immediately goes away and everything works.
Plus, when I try to increase or decrease the product numbers on an item in the cart, it does not update the cart, just spins. If I leave the page and return, the number is updated in the cart.
