This plugin is simple and fantastic. Even gives you the link query then all you have to do is add the slug of your coupon after the = symbol. Instant save of the coupon. It’s great for sending out QR codes in email campaigns that don’t require users/customers to add the coupon themselves. I will definitely be implementing this into more websites with stores.

Works well out of the box, I tried many copy to clipboard for coupons and this is the best in terms of functionality and simplicity. Error free. No hard coding. You can change color of button and functionality. Works with tag [copy_clipboard] in your block code in wordpress articles.

I use the WooCommerce URL Coupons plugin to do URL based coupon links. It adds support to the base coupon feature in WooCommerce.

At some point, there was an update to WooCommerce and I can no longer see which emails were added to the Usage Restriction -> Allowed Emails section of any given coupon. It just says “No restriction” even after adding an email.

I am trying to make a coupon where the customer must spend a minimum of $65 to receive a free item.
BUT, am trying to make it where the coupon will also take 20% off the cart total as well.
So if they don’t spend the $65 they don’t get a free item, but still get 20% off their total.

Hello,

We have a coupon code live that allows customers to have a 20% discount on all non sale products and vouchers. In all tests it’s working correctly, before going live to customers and in development. However the first time the coupon was used by a paying customer, it took it as €20 off every product in the cart, NOT 20%. The other customers who used it, it was taken as a 20% off.

It seems to be a very weird bug/glitch but was just hoping if anyone had come across this, did it only happen once or recurrently? What did you do to resolve?

Coupon Items field being truncated

I’ve successfully exported some (pending-payment) orders from my WooCommerce store. I’ve added a coupon code to all the orders in the coupon_items column. I upload the file and verify that the order ID and coupon-items column map correctly and see the validation/sample data that correctly shows my coupon code. It is “SBTEST”. After the import, when I view to orders, the code is only showing as “BTEST”. The initial “S” is being clipped/removed/truncated.

The file is a properly formatted CSV and shows the correct info in the mapping/validation page before import. I’m not sure what’s causing this.

Is there a way to change the condition of the coupon where it uses the first coupon applied rather than the latter? I noticed that it applies the latest coupon entered, and a client of mine wants it differently.

Here’s the scenario:

– A customer is given a link which auto applies a coupon.
– The customer adds a product to the cart.
– There’s a banner in the cart that is has a coupon link that adds a different product to the cart.
– If a customer clicks on the banner, the product should be added BUT the first coupon should be applied instead of the one from the cart banner.

So is it possible to have the first coupon prioritized rather than then 2nd coupon, but still have the product from the coupon added to the cart?

Coupon Codes Vanishing from Backend

Having a strange issue happening on my client’s website – coupon codes are randomly disappearing from the back end of their site. They aren’t being put in the trash or being drafted. We have an activity logger running and there’s no evidence that a user is removing coupon codes, and none of the codes that have disappeared have any use restrictions or expiration dates. The codes just disappear from the list of coupon codes.

The only way we learn that the codes have vanished is when customers report that the coupon they try to use doesn’t work. I haven’t been able to find any info online that would explain why the codes are disappearing. Does anyone here have any ideas?

Endless Spinning with Coupon Codes

Hi
I have tried to create a coupon code today but tried to test it and its not working. Same also applies to all previous working codes.

When a code is applied, and you move to checkout, you just get a continuous wheel and cannot proceed to complete the order.

I have disabled and deleted any new plugins but the issue is still there. I don’t believe there are any Ajax issues (as there wasn’t before?).

Can you please help
