Message: Download Failed couldn’t connect to host

Problem upgrading multisite to 4.5.2, Error message: couldn't connect to host

I am trying to upgrade my multi-site installation to 4.5.2 But when I click “upgrade network” I receive the following error:

Warning! Problem updating https://1nw.suttonscouts.org.uk. Your server may not be able to connect to sites running on it. Error message: couldn’t connect to host

Any suggestions for diagnosis please?

Hello,
I have a problem. I installed WordPress on a host Italian, which I’ve used in the past with success (web4web), but now I’m experiencing considerable difficulties.
From this morning that I try. I get the same error in the new wordpress, on the bulletin board.

HTTP Error: couldn’t connect to host

Then if I want to look for a theme, in the designated area of leaves another message (in italian, sorry)

Hello, to whitelist wp smush and to connect to the server i would need the IP and DNS to connect to host.
(e.g. for wpml I had IP 74.50.57.129 and the URL api.wpml.org)

Hi everyone! I have a website of a client on WP on a server I do not manage. They have their own as they are a university. I am use to Godaddy but this is different and harder.

I try to upgrade WP and plugins and I get this error:
Descarga fallida.: couldn’t connect to host

For what I got, is a problem with the server but they know nothing about WP and they ask me what I need them to do… I have no idea.

Can someone here help me? This never happened to me and I have plenty of WP sites. I tried google but no luck finding and answer…

Hey guys, Jetpack features stopped working. When i go to stats, it says:

Hi Jetpack was working fine on website but due to some issue with our site techvidhya.in i have to toggle this plugin deactivate/activate. Now it is showing

i could not under stand what is the issue.
