Displaying (correct) user data during checkout

First of all: A Woocommerce shop for a customer should go live very soon and I’m currently testing all situations. I have no active caching plugins and my server is not using caching at the moment, too. With Chrome I am in developer mode and Ive got no activated caching here either.

My problem is the customer data of registered customers that should be used in the shopping cart for the shipping calculation and should appear on the checkout page, too. But after login during the ordering process (or before adding something to the cart), mostly the address details are not inserted on both pages, not into the cart page (country, post code, city) and not into the checkout page (user and address data). Sometimes it’s showing up and sometimes not. Again sometimes the address of the before logged in user is displayed. What the hell is that??

Of course, I’m currently testing by logging in and out with 2 test accounts again and again, also with my admin account, but is that a problem? I’m killing all cookies after each session. It must nevertheless theoretically be possible for two different users to use the same computer without the data from the previous user being displayed by cookies etc. I’m getting a little nervous because the shop will be ready soon and I hope I don’t have a big problem.

Cookie problem since 4.9.6 upgrade

I just upgraded to 4.9.6 Now when login in there is a message that cookies are not allowed and the fields are cleared. However if you go “back to site” you are logged in. I looked at the apache logs but couldn’t find anything special. Turned of some recently or otherwise suspicious plugins (though that shouldn’t be an issue) tried to set debug to true: nothing. Could be already 4.9.5 because I am always logged in and the one who tried to only incidentally.

I want to make screenshots of sites that open with a popup to accept cookies before visiting the site. Is there a way to accept the cookie and make the screenshot without cookie popup?

Broken Website When Moving

I am doing a website for a client. I had the new site under a different directory in the filesystem, away from the production site. The site was functioning perfectly. When I tried to move the files from the production to the other folder, and the new website to the production folder both sites aren’t looking correct. I changed the urls from the old one to the new one in both the database and the wp-config file.

We aren’t changing servers, we are staying on the same one. Plus when I try to login, it fails saying that my “Cookies aren’t enabled” I am completely lost at where to go from here. The old website URL (Where the old site was located, and the new site was designed) old.coresusquehanna.org

Duplicated cart contents across wordpress installs

I have WP Simple Paypal Shopping Cart installed on two separate wordpress installs under my domain for two entirely different online stores. When I add a product on one wordpress site, it appears in the shopping cart of both. The sites have different paypal accounts so I can’t really have payments being potentially made to the wrong paypal account. I presume this is a cookie-based issue but I have no idea how to resolve it.

Any ideas?

HTTPS Firefox front end problem

Hello,

I’m having an issue with Firefox and logging in users.

I have the back end disabled for subscribers with a “!user_can(‘manage-options”)” check, and the front end locked out with !is_user_logged_in(), which redirects to /wp-login.php for not logged in users.

The problem arises in Firefox (multiple versions) when accessing the front end (even as an admin, accessing from the back end via “view site” link) is that the user is automatically redirected to the login form. It’s like firefox doesn’t remember the login in the front end.

If I change the URL from the login from /wp-login.php to /wp-admin/ it will take me to the back end, which is telling me that the cookies are being written, but not working in the front end.

Could there be a redirect I am not aware of, which is triggering the redirect?

PopUp keep showing on every reload

I`ve installed ITRO plugin, and its amazing!

But I want to show my popup only on the first time the visitors load my home page.

I set the next visualization hours to 168 (the popup should appears once a week), but nothing happens. Every time I reload my homepage, the popup show up.

How may I fix it?
