We are currently running Google Ads campaigns and using JoinChat on our website to manage chats. The issue we are facing is that our conversion tracking is currently set to count a conversion when someone clicks the JoinChat button. However, this method is not very reliable for us, as it only tracks clicks, not actual chat interactions.
We would like to track conversions only when a user initiates a chat (i.e., they start a conversation), not just when they click the button.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a way to modify the Google Ads conversion tracking code to only count a conversion if a chat is launched? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

]]>When I installed the plugin everything worked properly. But recently when I click on optimize image, no optimization is done. Also, when I inspect my new webpages I can see that all images are either img or png. However, they should all be automatically converted to webp when I upload them, as I switched that feature on.
