We are currently facing styling issues with the Content Timeline block which doesn’t apply the settings we are putting in the backend. Here is what we are seeing : https://shorturl.at/fwQRZ. For example, if we change the size of the icon it still stays the same size.
I see that there is another post on the support forum with the same issue and that it was marked as resolved. But obviously it’s not…
Do you have any update about this issue ?
Thank you for your precious help !

Can you tell me how to enter multilingual translation in “Content Timeline”?
Thank you.
]]>Problem:
When using the content timeline i sadly don’t have any option to resort the elements. This is especially annoying when I want to add a new item, since the newest item will be added at the bottom, but I normally want them at the top. I would need to copy paste every element one field below in order to get the top field empty.
Possible Solutions:
– Drag and Drop the element sorting
– Add sort Ascending/descending option in the date settings
– Not that beautiful, but would fix my problem: Add Item at top button.
Or is there already a possibility to resort /add item at top option I missed?
Cheers
Johannes
I know the page above is far from finished yet. but I struggle to get the line out of the connectors from the content time line correct. They are not vertically aligned as they should be. In the editor they look aligned, on the web-version itself not. As you can see on the homepage of above domain.
I tried several things and in the end, I contacted with the people from UG (ultimate addons for Gutenberg).
When they use this content timeline block on an empty site or with the theme twenty-nineteen for instance, everything works fine.
I provided them with an administrator account to above site and they did not see a reason for this timeline not to work. They thinks something clashes between the Generatepress theme and this particularly part of the UG plugin.
Their suggestion was to contact you guys. So here I am, Can you help me fix this issue?
It’s very strange that when I add the shortcode of the content timeline on the TEXT module box in the ultra theme, everything is fine in the front builder, AND when I update the page, no matter what device you use, or browser you use, you can see the content timeline plugin works well. BUT, when you refresh the browser, or use another device or browser to open the site, the content of plugin is missing. In my case, I just use this plugin to present my career and study history. I can see it well in the front builder and at the very first time in the browser after updating.
I have done some simple troubleshooting, such as use a themify basic theme and add the same shortcode, everything works fine. So I just guess the problem comes from the theme, which is the themify Ultra.
I do appreciate any help from you guys.
