Where is text box for body of email?

Have now downloaded WP HTML Mail into 2 different websites, with same result. Header, footer, and background features all work fine. There is NO option to type in text for the body of the email, under the “Content” tab. Have called my hosting company twice and their tech support staff can’t find it either. Where is the field to type in the email text?

Yesterday, one of my sites sent me an automatic email about some changes I made – and the text of that email was inserted into the text area of the WP HTML Mail. Where does it pull that information from?

All, I was going back through my dashboard to see what the problem is. My site does not work at all.
Could this be because of the Genesis Framework. Instead of Content, it say Media. I have just doled out $100 for the Genisis Framework.
2. Does writeshare work on this theme?
