Error in Mobile responsive features

I loved this theme so I changed my previous theme twenty seventeen to Astra for my subdomain.
I’m using this subdomain to conduct test for my students using watu quiz plugin.
Now problem is that long question are not appearing in responsive manner , so I hv to scroll horizontal to see whole question.
Currently I’m using no sidebar to avoid distraction. Under mobile veiw tab container size in 1200 (default)
Should I change the container size?
What should be ideal size to correctly display on every device?
I hv read that astra is mobile responsive, so I assume that there is no need of changing container size. Is my assumption is wrong?

Container Sizes are not working

Hi,

The container sizes are not working. We have tried deactivating all other plugins but still no success.

You can check this page https://www.wpaim.com/publisher-theme-review/ we have selected the wide size of the container but it is still showing the default size.

Continer Element Inline width and height

The slider is displaying with an inline height and width applied to the top-most container element.

This doesn’t match the slider’s height / width as set under the general tab, which is currently: 800px x 480px, but it does scale with it proportionally. I’m wondering why 120px are being added to both values within the container? It’s creating odd spacing for which the only direct remedy is to reduce the display size of the images themselves.

I can hack the extra spacing out of the display, but that’s not ideal.

Cannot resize the container for posts

I use twentyfourteen theme.

I did a resizing of my website. Now it fully takes every monitor, which is great. The field, which contains the posts of the site also grew a bit, which is great as well. However, the container of the posts remained the same size. Furthermore, I cannot resize this container.

See that the Bitcoin box is located right under the title and there are big white spaces from the both sides of the widget. Even if I set the page Template to Full Width Page, the container doesn’t move at all.

I guess something is messed up on the code…

I would be grateful if you manage to help me with this!

Twenty Fourteen WP Theme

Hi, please can someone help me. I have just installed the twenty fourteen wp theme and for some reason, I cannot get the text on my pages to stretch out over the whole of the text area. It seems to be compressed when it gets so far across and then jumps to a new line. I am assuming that it is confined to some container size or something like that, but I have tried everything and I cannot work out how to change it. When I compare my text area against a similar site, their text spreads out much wider than my text, but we are using the same theme. Please can anyone advise me as to what I need to do to get more text going across my page.

I am trying to add a slider of size(1500, 500). I understand I need to change the container size for my site, https://www.stevekim.ca/
I have tried using firebug tool and added custom css but size doesn’t change.
