I need some help with contact form 7. Unfortunately, within the last few weeks something changed, so that it takes more than 1 minute to load after the submit button is clicked. Users now click the submit button multiple times because they don’t immediately get a feedback. And therefore, I have many duplicate submissions.
I’ve already tried to rollback contact forms and conditional fields to older plugin versions, but this didn’t resolve the issue.
Does someone else face similar issues and does somebody maybe know hwo this can be solved?
I would appreciate a quick response.
Thank you.
I am using your plugin, together with W3 Total Cache and I have found when I have both your plugin and W3 Total Cache that it causes a conflict with Contact Form 7.
I really don’t know who the culprit is here Contact Forms 7, W3 Total Cache or Flying Scripts by WP Speed Matters.
When a user tries to email us via Contact Form 7, it throws an error “There was an error trying to send your message.” Every time.
When I disable just your plugin the error still occurs. When I disable just W3 Total Cache plugin the error still occurs.
Only when I disable both W3 Total Cache and Scripts by WP Speed Matters is a user successfully able to send a message.
I’m not sure where to go from here, any help is appreciated.
I am going to cross-post this on Contact Forms 7 and W3 Total Cache and will provide a link shortly.
WP 5.8.1 (Same results with 5.8)
Contact Form 7 5.4.2
W3 Total Cache 6.1.1
Flying Scripts by WP Speed Matters 1.2.2
I am wondering if someone can help me debug this issue, we’ve purchased a new theme and configured it however the contact form isn’t functioning, I’ve had a look for logs but can’t find any and the error isn’t helping me track down the problem.
If I try to submit the form I get the message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” but I am not sure what the cause is, can anyone please assist.
Thanks

I’m using your signature field plugin with a step plugin that breaks a long form into separate sections (Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Pro). I have a signature field on the first and second step, set as required. The signature field shows and functions on the first step but does not show or function on the second step.

Any idea why?
Thanks,

Great plugin!
I’m using Contact Form 7 Signature Addon By Breizhtorm with Contact forms 7 and Multi Step – Addon for Contact form 7.
When I set the field to be populated with a signature to Required, the form does not recognize the signature and therefore does not let the user advance to the next step.
After debugging by changing themes and turning on and off the plugins, I discovered the Multi Step – Addon for Contact form 7 was causing the conflict.
I really want to continue using your plugin. Can you help me figure out what the issue is and possibly come up with a work around. I appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks
my form from contact form 7, in my footer, only in home page, when a new subscriber click on button “SUSCRIBIRME” reload the page like when press F5, and dont see thank you message.
I dissable scripts n style, and work it, the problem is with some jquery(i think so) ’cause when i remove script from owl carousel in HTML for the head element … more specific:
and this work it, i think and i try to assign an id and class for this form in contact form 7 plugin, but doesn’t work, can you please give me another idea? thank a lot, and greeting.

Noticed that the contact 7 range slider option doesn’t provide the number which could be necessary if you are asking for user input and showing text via another extension (conditional form ext.). Therefore, I found a great guy who build most of it (Daniel Drabik). His version provides the number only if used. Mine does anyhow and assumes we are talking about hours. You change this in function.php
