A great omnichannel / multichannel chat / contact button that not only allows you to have many contact options in only one button but also many other options like feedback, chatbots and much more.
I have kept an eye on Boei for a while now, it’s a simple concept, lightweight, functional and versatile!
The constant updates and close support from Ruben (listening to the community feedback and requests) are what made me finally made the purchase and I am quite happy with it!

Having Divi Problems

I’m having issues with this plugin when using Divi. I am designing the product pages in the Divi builder but when I do this the contact button appears out of the Divi builder area. It works fine when I use the default Woo layout. Can I use a shortcode instead?

While the features of the plugin are quite nice for free, sadly it does not work with Divi. There is no reason why it should not work properly. Building over 50 client websites in Divi, I don’t have issues like this with other plugins. WP v5.6 Divi Theme v4.7.7 on Dec. 12, 2o2o.

After trying several plugins, I tried NextChat.
The good and important thing that it’s SEO Friendly plugin, which doesn’t effect negative on “Google PageSpeed”, there’s only one js file (1kb). Not like most other plugins. It’s super easy and Free.

Just it needs one easy thing to fix, which are the missing alt tags from the png images. I’ve added from the codes..

Simple but very useful plugin

This plugin is what I was looking for. To show a contact button on the front-end and to open an ajax contact form on button click. This plugin also captures the page info and IP of user. Very useful for allowing users to report bugs, technical issues, wrong info or for any other contact related purpose.

Just one suggestion to the Dev: Please add dropdown options for selecting a pre-set subject.
