Consultx header contact info bar disappears

This theme has a contact info bar that can be shown above the header, in the footer, or both. However when I try to show it in the footer, it will only display when I have the Customise menu open. Close that, or go incognito and it is missing.
Any hints?

I have a basic question and hope I’ll find help here.
In the theme I am using I have a top-bar (left and right) containing contact data (phone number and address) including icons:

Sorry for the screenshots, I am developing on a local testmachine only.
Now I would like to add another icon and text after the address (envelope & email address). Using CSS (:after) only added the icon, but due to different font-families I wasn’t able to put the mail address behind it with default font type.
Next I was thinking about adding a class to the existing div class “site-top-bar-left”.

Instead of using a child-theme I am using a plugin in which I can store my changes to CSS/PHP/JS files. Therefore I would need to be able to add that span class through my functions.php (as I think PHP is the way to choose, not javascript). But I am not getting it to work. Neither I do know where to add the action, nor how the function needs to look like. I tried several ways, but now I have to admit there still is a long road for me to go to get used to scripting. But I am not giving up and that’s why I refuse to use a plugin.
Does any of you have hints for me guiding me in the right direction?

Is there a way to change the contact details from page to page. Each page is a different location and thus has a different phone number and contact details.

Why? Contact Bar not popping-up mail on Windows comp., but works fine on my Mac.

Hope someone can help.

On a Windows computer (Chrome browser), the Contact Bar is not popping up when clicked. It is dead. Using Outlook in this case.

On my Mac, using four browsers the Contact Bar works flawlessly.

Any ideas?

Hello, thanks for reading.
I’m no expert and know only little about coding, but i’m quite familiar with the basics of WordPress.

However i have some trouble with the layout of my site le-broc.dk, basicly i wanna add a contact bar to the buttom of my page cause it’s more useful than a menu bar in my case.

This is by default not possible with my theme “Adventure Journal” and i therefor fear that i have to change some code, which i have no idea how to do.
Hopefully somebody can help me?

Note: I marked the area “Contact bar centered here” in case somebody wonder what i mean.
