Hello, I have several forms on my website and they have stopped working! the SEND button hangs and does not send the form. I have not made any changes in the configuration of the form except to update the version of wordpress to 5.7.2. I have tried sending a test plugin with wp Mail SMTP and it seems to work perfectly. I am lost, can anyone help me?

hello,
any help will be much appreciated.

i am having an issue where once you enter the info in contact form 7 and hit the send button, form will not reset and information is still there.

also, i dont receive anything from the form to my designated email.
all worked at one point and

i am not familiar as mush as id like to be.

Linking Contact 7 Form to cart

I am enjoying the the customization of Contact Form 7, however there is something I’d like to be able to do, and I don’t know if its possible. I’ll explain, I am trying to have the form link with the add to cart button so when someone click on it, it forwards the information with the item to the cart so the customers info stays with the item.

Submission failing intermittently

Our users are using the contact form as a registration form, sometimes the submit works and sometimes not.

I think it might be when more than one user is submitting the form at around about the same time. I have contacted out hosting company and they say there is no issue with the server.

Can you help. A high proportion of forms are not getting submitted and there is no message to say the form has not been submitted. The user is just returned to the contact form screen.

Contact 7 form Captcha tab missing

Hi Guys,

Looking for advise on this, since the upgrade of word press my Captcha has stop working.

I went into the form and I see that the captcha tab is missing, I removed and reinstalled, but still did not worked

So I tried different Captcha plugins but still the same cannot get it to work on the contact 7 form.

Is anyone else facing this issue

Gravity Forms Import

I am discontinuing use of my Gravity Forms and would like to use Contact Form 7. Is there a way to import my existing Gravity Forms into a Contact Form 7 form? Or is it necessary to manually rebuild each one? When exporting Gravity Forms, it creates a *.json file. Is there a way to import that *.json file into Contact Form 7 to recreate that particular form?

Contact 7 Form not sending email

First of all I have my page in a free hosting (InfinityFree), one of the free limitations is that SMTP is not available. Currently, the form seem to display correctly, and you can type information in and hit the submit button and a message that “thanks, your message was sent,” but nothing is ever sent.

I am using wp email smtp plugin, I set up gmail, I did the test with the plugin and it work. I have tried everything but it does not work. Is it because I’m using a free hosting or am I doing something wrong?

Try Sumo plugin (https://sumo.com) and it send the email but do not get a reply.
