I installed the CookieYes plugin in WordPress and there it says: “Your website is connected to CookieYes”. However… in the webapp it says the cookie banner status is inactive and that the installation code isn’t added to my site. Therefore I can’t change settings, right? Please help.
Best regards,
Evert
I have two locations in my Square account, one physical and one mobile. Both are active. WooCommerce says I am connected to Square. Checking the Square log in WooCommerce, I see that it seems to successfully query Square and retrieve a list of these locations. However, the selection menu remains empty.
It’s not clear to me why I am not being offered at least one of these locations. What setup or settings can I check, either in Square or in WooCommerce, to confirm that everything is set up as required?

My host doesn’t support IPv6. I didn’t change this on July 28. I have WF installed on all my sites. This is the only one I’m having a problem with.
Help?

Any direction would be appreciated.

]]>We can typically fix all connection issues by disconnecting and reconnecting, but this is obviously not how this should be working, as it prevents users from checking out until someone notices the plugin lost connection, or a customer calls to complain.
Are there any known issues I can look at on my end or suggestions that I could track down to find a resolution to this?
Thanks!
