Please advice how to resolve the recurring 500 internal server error.
Thanks!

My org is having this issue where we have users able to edit their own directory entries with any information they want displayed, then it gets approved before it becomes public.
Recently though, we have had a lot of users that can’t accomplish this because when they click to edit their entry, it says that they don’t have permission. At first, I thought it was because some users weren’t linked to their directory entry, but I tested that and it didn’t work.
I then checked the Roles tab in the Connections menu. It was set so that people with a specific role have certain permissions. For staff, it was set that they can add or edit their entry moderated. Just those two checked. I looked over the other options and confirmed nothing else sounded like it had to be checked.
I made sure the user I was having help me test it had the correct role assigned and that his account was linked.
Has anyone had experience with this or might know what else I can check?
]]>I saw that it only said categories so I tried just exporting categories and importing that csv file and got the same result. Nothing happens when I click the import button.
]]>I am interested in acquiring the Widget Bundle and I have a question: as I understand it, the Contact Widget hides the email address of the displayed business and presents a form to send an email, instead. Is there a way to show which site this email was sent from, in this way displaying the directory? Better yet, would there be a way to format it so that a logo could appear within the form?
Thanks in advance!

]]>I have installed Better Search into footer 1 of my website and it does a good job searching the website; however, it doesn’t find my entries in the Connections Business Directory plugin. Is there a setting that I need to switch for this to be included in my searches or a new code I need to add?
The directory, (if you need to see it) is at this page:https://politicalfly.com/government/government-directory-2/ but at the moment it loads much slower than the other pages.

For example, an employee whose birthday is October 5, 1985 and started their employment on July 28, 2005 would have 4 dates:
Birthday: October 5, 1985
Birthday: October 6, 2017
Anniversary: July 28, 2005
Anniversary: July 29, 2017
When I delete the incorrect dates and save the entry, it says saved, but a new one appears. If I place the incorrect dates as “private” or “unlisted,” a new one will appear publicly. The more steps I take to remove the incorrect dates, the more appear.
