We just built a new site and I’m trying to connect cleantalk anti spam to it. When I plug in the access code, it says
“SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: An account connected to the website jasminelaw.net already exists”
But I’m already logged into the site and don’t need to reset the password. When I click the button it sends an email asking to reset the password – but we’re in.

]]>first up: we already talked with Facebook directly, but they said it’s a WordPress-problem. Everything is up-to-date.
After logging in with Facebook and selecting all the right things, Facebook says “You’re all set”, and it looks like it’s connected.
The plugin afterwards wants to check if I trust the site.
After confirming, the endless loading begins.
Can anyone help with that?

]]>since a few days (WordPress 6.0 upgrade?) I’m getting a critical issue on the Wpcom connection test which fails with error “timeless hunter is not connected.: 200”, although in the dashboard Jetpack is shown as properly connected to WordPress.com and I’m getting proper stats etc.
timeless-hunter.com/xmlrpc.php shows expected output, I have reinstalled WordPress 6.0, Jetpack & Jetpack Boost and also debugged in troubleshooting mode with standard WP theme and all plugins deactivated except Jetpack (even then the error persists).
Can you help here?

I just installed the plugin but I’m stuck with first step of connecting to Tripadvisor platform. The search is taking forever with no result for me to select. I tried both business name and Tripadvisor url but none is returning me any result.

]]>After a few weeks of using Fb for Woo without a problem, my personal FB account was hacked and inactivated.
Since then, i lost fb pixel etc connection. I have a new personal and business page in FB, trying to sync- connect Woo with FB , but while logging in it shows me the next error message :
“You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of ‘OLD BUSINESS PAGE NAME’ to gain access.”
So it seems, that Fb for Woo tries to connect to the olda page. I have tried to reinstall the plugin, infortunately that doesnt work either.

i changed our site URL from sub domain to another main domain copy all files with jetpack files and changed sub domain to another sub domain now i get connection problem with jetpack premium plugin see this error message “This site cannot be accessed.
I’d like to fix this now”
