Elementor cannot be used

Hello!

I am creating a webpage (Chinese version) and my website has connected to 3 more websites (different languages – they were created 3 years ago not by me). I saved the template from Japanese version and updated the text. I can edit everything via Elementor and it is reflecting in Elementor. But when it comes to webpage, color changings, image size are not shown as edited. I can only upload new information (images, text), but editing is not shown on the published page only in Elementor.

I do not have this issue on the other versions of websites, only with this Chinese one.

What should I do?

When I first added the plugin, I would have rated it high as it did the job I needed: adding a non-menu menu as a block with Gutenberg. It worked perfectly fine with my main theme & blocks builder: Kadence Pro.

I haven’t had need to change any of the places where I’m using the blocks till now – and frankly, there are major issues with compatibility and the blocks cause the WP editor to be unresponsive. (Though the front end continues to display fine.) After much back and forth, this plugin has a major conflict with Kadence theme & blocks – and it appears that the plugin’s developers have abandoned it, or changed directions that no longer align with Kadence. Sounds like it still works for some, and it still works on my site’s front end. But the plugin is unusable on the backend now with Kadence and would not recommend the combo.

Flatsome theme conflict

I installed the plugin but when I selected the state then the city is was not updated, so I changed the theme I am using (Flatsome) and tested with Twenty Twenty theme and worked perfectly, there is a conflict with Flatsome theme. What can I do?

Pop-up gallery not displayed

I’m using this plugin and the images are not displayed as a pop-up gallery. Just as a individual images (jpg).

How can I fix it? I refilled all the options and it doesn’t work.

Caption font size not working

I’m trying to increase the font size of my caption to 24px. Nothing happens. Plain and simple.

When I inspect the code of the caption using chrome developer tools, I can see that it has inserted the style = "fontsize: 24px"

But the caption text has not enlarged at all, even if I set it to 50px. This is a pretty basic setting, so do you have any idea why its not working?

I don’t have a link to the gallery page because the website is still under construction.

Results are showing normally but displays "0 search results"

Dear Support,

I am using the Jupiter WordPress theme together with Relevanssi and both are up to the latest version (including my WP installation).

When i use the search form all results are displayed normally but i get the message: “0 Search Results for…”. When i disable your plugin, the number of the found search results is displayed as expected (for example: “17 Search Results for…”).

Any idea on where the conflict could be?

meteor slider not working with Harrington Ink Press theme

I have been unable to get my Meteor slideshow running with the Harrington theme. I have never had problems with this plug-in before, it is an excellent and versatile slideshow, and I use it a lot. Like your plugin…but…
When your plugin is activated, my dropdown menus stop working, I contacted the theme support and they say: It looks like you have a few javascript errors so all I can suggest is to try deactivating your plugins one by one to see if one is causing the errors.
When I did that – it was your plugin that seems to be causing the problem..can you suggest any fixes? Would love to keep using your plugin.

Hello,
I installed this program and was about to go live with it when I looked at my site and it seems to have conflicted with my theme. I currently have iFeature 5 installed and when I installed this plug-in it caused a portion of the background to disappear. It went back to normal the second I deactivated the plug in.
Is there a known issue here? I don’t know how to show what the issue is because the site is unusable when it’s installed.
