Gallery thumbnails dont show until I select the product variant then deselect it

Hi,

I am loving this plugin so far. However I have a problem, when I open up a page with the gallery, the gallery thumbnails at the bottom of the gallery will only show up when I click the product variant (eg. Color) then deselect it. Is the gallery thumbnails initially not appearing a toggle in my configurations or is this potentially an issue with the plugin?

Any help would be great.

I have made a WordPress installation with the latest version (5.7.2) and when I installed this plugin I do not get any options to configure. Is a new version coming up to address this issue and when can we expect it? Or is it something that is not expected even on this version?

Found out after using the plug in that my development website (wp.domain.com) with cloud installation of WordPress at host provider was on a different server than my placeholder production website (domain.com) built with a cloud installation of a different tool at the host provider. The production website on the other server was thus not going to move itself out of the way to let the plug in do everything the end customer might wish for. The host provider has since put changes into motion and from first glances at the wp.domain.com content seems pretty sure that the plug in got the urls ready, and when the server adjustment are replicated with the worldwide servers, the WordPress material will in fact be usable at domain.com, and I will be finally be able to get back into the WP admin via domain.com/wp-admin and close any small gaps. I will edit the review with the final conclusion. Hoping for a perfect result. IT savvy but relatively speaking. Laypeople suffer from IT lingo/detail overload, which is why we buy plug-ins!

How do I change Results to Time?

Hi,

I have 3 issues I’d like to resolve, and I’m pretty sure they are user issues.

1) I would like Results to display as Time.

I went to Sportspress > Settings > Text and changed Results to Time. I also change Time/Results to Time, but it is still rendering as Results.

Should I be changing this somewhere else?

2) I would like to add a column in all 3 schedules that has the final score of the game. Is there a way to do this? And if so, how?

I watched all the short YouTube videos and they were helpful when getting started, but I’d like to know about each of the Sportspress settings and the functions this plug-in can provide.

Configurable prodcuts are “unavailable” all of the sudden (woocommerce)

I updated a few plugins (I used the “update all” button and I didn’t make a list, I know never to do that again). The update was run yesterday at about 2pm. Since then, my web store has not worked. This is a very serious issue, we have 6 full time employees who depend on this store as a sole income source.

The issue is that all items with configurations (drop down menus) show that they are not available. I attached a screenshot. Most of our high volume products are configurable. So we are pretty much dead in the water without them working. I need a solution to get them able to be added to the cart. I can’t remake this item – there are over 700 configurations each with unique pricing, sizes, and weights. And it would confuse our customers greatly to separate them out.

On my phone, there is part of an error message visible when viewing this item. I attached a screenshot of that as well.

I have a working staging copy from 11-27-2017. I also have a database backup from this morning with all the new customer orders. The 11-27-2017 staging copy is available at www.staging2.roguefab.com, and it works perfectly in every way. When I push that staging copy to live, it has the same problems as the original copy at www.roguefab.com.

I spent the last 24 hours working on a ticket with my hosting company and restoring backups, and they were able to replicate the error, but not able to resolve it. They said it can’t be hosting related at this point.

Cannot change configurations

I cannot make changes to some of the configurations for slideshows. For example, I cannot change the Auto Speed or Transition Speed. There are just black circles with numbers in them indicating speed, but they can’t be changed (I’ve tried).

Any ideas why I can’t change these?

Also, is there a way for the plugin to fit the image to the slideshow area instead of crop?

Zoom configuration settings not available

On the Zoom Settings menu, under “Step 3”, where it offers more fine-grained configurations, I see the “General”, “Lens”, and “Zoom Window” tabs. However, when I click any one of those, nothing happens. It remains on the default section. Because of this, I can’t set it to zoom into my photos.

I’ve tried viewing the plugin settings menu in various browsers, and uninstalling/reinstalling. No change.

So far, this is the best zoom plugin I’ve found, but it’s no good if I can’t set it to zoom into my photos. Please help!
