However, the conditional group does not work. The form does not show based on the value chosen in the drop down.
I previously have used CF7 on 2 other sides without this error.
On inspecting, I get a js error but I am not sure how to resolve this.
Hopefully someone can guide me to resolve this.
Thanks and Regards,
Sid
Really fantastic plug in! I am surprised that it isnt basic functionality of CF7 or they wanted to incorporate it in.
I am having issues sending the fields included within my conditional groups in the mail configuration. The form works correctly, depending on the value in no-of-dogs the appropriate fields will display to allow more information to be entered. However, when it comes to including these fields in the mail, they are always left blank.
Each field has a unique name, ive read through your tutorial content and I have it set up to reflect the same.
An extract below, this is part of the form

Please provide information for the dogs from your household only who will be attending the field. If you would like a friend to attend your booking with you, they will need to register separately.

In my tests, the non group fields populate and are present in the mail. The group fields do not.
Let me know if you need any additional information of screenshots.
Thankyou
I have a problem with conditional groups leaving P and BR instead of empty space.
That is creating gaps.
The weird thing is, that it happens only in email which is sent to site owner and not to the client (second email).
i have tried add_filter( ‘wpcf7_autop_or_not’, ‘__return_false’ ); with no effect.
If I use table tr td then it leaves as many td as there is condition groups in the email body. Same for P and BR.
Any advice ?
Looking at the form, it seems that the conditional fields (of which there are two groups, one for business addresses, and one for private residences) are expected to be filled out completely. Looking at the CF7 plugin source code, I can clearly see the PHP code that checks for validation errors and discards any originating from a hidden group, but Chrome and Firefox both still fail to send the form.
There’s another issue from 1und1 that’s causing field data to not be parsed correctly – could this be the cause of the validation errors as well?
