a field to select languages ( Dropndown menu ) named as Language and conditional fields group ( Dropndown menu ) named as french

I have the following conditions:
show [french] if [Languages] equals “French”
show [spanish] if [Languages] equals “Spanish”

For whatever reason, whenevr i select french or spanish I can’t see the conditional options. Here is the form link: https://thelanguagenetwork.co/form-test/

I have a very exciting project I want to set up as a SaaS. Hopefuly I can explain it well so here we go:

I want to setup a membership Area where registered users in wordpress have their own area/Dashboard.

In this dashboard they can create a new “Object” like a Parent.
In that Object they should be able to create another Object lets basically call it child.

What I need is a Form, where the user can Select both the Parent + one of their Childs.
Based on that a link should be created which points to a form that is “bound” or “pointing” to that 2 objects (Parent Child).

Why?
At the end of the month a user needs a report on a Parent basis. i.E he wants to know how many users have filled their data under all the contact forms of one “Parent”. So a report on Parent basis.

If you could give me some hints on how to maybe make this work or if it even can work with Contact Form 7 and some plugins for the membership area I’d really appreciate that!

plus the conditional tag: “show group 64” if “dynamictext-title” = “Jungle: Puerto Maldonado (+)”

but if you look at the page linked, in the form in bottom right the group 64 info is not showing. I am trying to add some options on a few of the trips on this site, without having to make individual forms and sidebars. Isn’t this what the dynamictext-title in the conditional form area is made for? The dynamic text works great in the “trip name” area! thanks for the plugin

I have added a conditional form to the ‘Additional’ section which the customer must fill in to complete the order. The customer’s responses appear immediately after the email and phone number, however they are in one uninterrupted string. I would like to organise this data so it is legible.

Also in the form, I have added a number of file upload options which are not required fields. Each of these are displayed in the customer details section in that string, even when the customer does not upload a file to the form. None of the other fields that are not required show up if they are not filled in.

In the woocommerce auto email the data is displayed properly, each response on a separate line. I would like to display it like this and omit the file upload bits that are not used if possible. Please help. Thanks!

I’m using Popup Maker to create an on class click popup that opens Caldera form with conditional rules. When I test form on simple page, everything works fine, when I try to use it as a popup and open it on click, Popup Maker calls the form, but conditional rules don’t work – when I select any of the options that should trigger other fields to appear, nothing happens.

What could be the problem and how to fix it?

I need to create a form with basically 9 steps.
The first 8 steps are depending on each steps answer.
So all possible steps are conditional.

Usually I can create these kind of forms with Gravity forms, but now I need to have them select an image.

Example:
We are selling kitchens, first they need to select a certain kind of kitchen (three images), modern, old fashioned or simple kitchen.

If they select for example the modern image, then the next step needs to open which gives them the modern cabinets fitting the modern kitchen. And so on until step 9 where they need to fill in their personal information like adress etc.

All this information needs to be send to another database (other website)

This is my first post and also fairly new to WordPress in general. I am helping out my cousin who own a medical center. I started on this form below but I was wondering if anyone could help me with making a conditional form.

If a patient selects:
Between 8AM – 12PM
Between 12PM – 3PM or
Between 3PM – 5PM
I would like only the morning doctors to show up.
However, when selecting Between 6PM – 10PM I would like the evening doctor to show up.

Is this at all possible in Contact form 7?
