Isn’t there a way to complain about the company’s arbitrary behavior? My blog has been classified as commercial!
I don’t sell anything, I don’t promote anything, I don’t collect donations. The blog is purely private in nature!
Shameful that you can’t contact support in any way, even though you’re asked to do so!

Cant edit homepage blurb in Google from “Got any good book reccomendations”

Im setting up a wordpress site, and when my site appears in Google search, it says the Website name and tagline, but below it just says “Got any good book recommendations? Get in touch. Proudly powered by WordPress”

Ive been stuck on this issue for hours with no progress. I tried using RankMath to edit the meta description of the Homepage, and this did nothing.

People have said that you need to delete the text somewhere that says “Got any good book recommendations” etcetera, but there is no text I can find anywhere on my site that even says this.

WordPress official help attributes this problem to Google, saying “Search engines like Google choose what information to select for the search results”, which seems kindve like theyre just passing the buck… Seems pretty clearly a WordPress problem not a Google problem, when its text autogenerated by WordPress that doesnt even appear on my site that is the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated, finding it very frustrating as none of the solutions like using RankMathSEO have worked

J’ai vraiment aimé l’apparence du plug-in mais l’utilisation générait des problèmes. Après avoir contacté le service à la clientèle ils ont simplement arrêté de me contacter après 3 courriel. Aucun problème de résolut. Je vais me choisir une autre solution car ils ne sont vraiment pas là pour faire en sorte que ?a fonctionne. Vous venez de perdre un autre client. Fuyez cette extension!

Can someone pls put a link to the forum from the homepage of www.remarpro.com?

It takes me at least 8 mins to find the link to the forum everytime I logon to www.remarpro.com from my android device.

Seriously frustrating.

@oceanwp I paid for a single site bundle license in May and didn’t download my items. Now the license links have expired. On your website, I logged into my account. However, in my account it says I haven’t purchased anything! And therefore, there was no way to reach you through paid support. So now, I’ve spent a couple of days trying to get in touch to receive my stuff! No Contact Us on your site? Ridiculous! I posted in your Facebook Group yesterday, but apparently no one monitors that.

If I was still in my 14 day return period, I’d request a refund. As it is, I had to begin a project using a different them because I couldn’t get this straightened out. Obviously, I won’t be renewing my subscription, but I would like what I paid for! Thank you.

Serious complaint – Super angry with this terrible plugin

Within the past few days, this plugin developer decided to revise a couple of versions that obviously didn’t do any proper QC.

First issue I faced was – Twitter didn’t autopost.

After the next update, the issue I faced next was I couldn’t insert URLs and edit image on visual editor.

Obviously, the developer didn’t bother to test the update carefully resulting inconvenience to users who use this plugin.

Better find alternatives and avoid this one at all costs. And if you are thinking of paying premiums, think not twice but thrice.

Customer service is slow and did not fix problem

I liked the calendar until I had a problem with it. Trying to install the paid version made all my data disappear.
I emailed webdorado several times over 2 months. I kept asking the same question. During the 2 months with no response from customer service I gave up. There is no way I would use anything from Webdorado again.
No telephone number for those of us who pay for the calendar! Just email which might be OK but … the first thing I get after 2 months of not having the calendar (my trust in customer service is about as low as it can go after 2 months of no reply to my emails) is instruction to give Webdorado all my user IDs and passwords. Come on. That is ridiculous. My trust dropped through the floor.

2-24 hours came and went, so did an entire week, and now it’s been 10 days. I have even emailed Dave inquiring about my app, and still have had no response. I was interested in purchasing the pro version, but not if I cannot even receive my free app. Additionally, through my research, I’ve found paying customers with the same complaint. My next step is to rate this app one star, because it obviously doesn’t deliver on its promises, and leave a review explaining why people shouldn’t even bother with it. So what do you say? Would you like to avoid a bad review? My patience is wearing very thin a week and a half later. Where is my app? Thanks.

Aggressive Competition using www.remarpro.com for defamation

An agressive Competitor has slandered me and my business using my own name with a .com at the end. For nearly a year as a www.remarpro.com blog and i’ve lost and lost and lost business & reputation. I am innocent of what have been said or things have been put in the wrong context to sound bad and to damage. They have found the only 2 places in the world where innocent people can get damaged for Life: Facebook and www.remarpro.com and used them to hurt, destroy someone with ultimate violence.
I managed to have posts deleted on Facebook and that took a few weeks but WordPress seem to prefer freedom of speech and cannot be contacted apparently. The blog is [ redacted ] and every month they tell the world how i change my business/ways to survive and fight them as competitor. This could go on for Life and some would have already ended theirs with such a situation where apparently nothing can be done. Even the Police is on my side but can’t do much. I could sue them but if www.remarpro.com won’t help, why would they do what they are asked, they could even remove it and put it back a month later, wasting lots of money everytime. I really need advice here as in the uk we only have one year to do something about online defamation. Things have to be done or every nasty agressive competitor in the world might soon find out and create chaos on www.remarpro.com. Hopefully things don’t get to that stage. Please help if a Life is more important to you than freedom of speech. If i get ignored i will find other ways that i tried to avoid until now such as Newspaper press as I really don’t have much left to loose…
