I am experiencing an issue with the ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote plugin when trying to capture custom date fields in both the Quote List and email notifications. I have tested this with two different plugins—PPOM (Product Addons & Fields) and WooCommerce Custom Product Addons Free—to create a date field for each product. However, in both cases, the date field is not being included in the Quote List nor in the email sent with the quote request.
Previously, both plugins displayed the date field correctly on the product page, but this information does not carry over to the ELEX Quote List or email, which is essential for my business needs.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this, or if there is specific compatibility that needs to be configured for custom fields to be captured in ELEX quotes?

I got a message in Woocommerce indicating the plugin is not compatible with the high speed order storage. Is this correct? I run this in compatibility mode myself and even them it seems VAT is not deducted anymore even when the VAT number is correct. Is there a solution for this?

]]>Unfortunately, it also has a lot of flaws. I had (and still have) a lot of problems caused by installing this plugin because there are some compatibility issues on plugins. For many weeks, the plugin has not been able to receive/process order details (Name, address, email, etc.) from customers. Until now, I have had to do it manually. When I asked the support team why this is and how to fix it, I got the answer: some compatibility issues with other plugins on your website (!!!). Of course, I uninstalled other plugins to check if this is true, but unfortunately it did not make the plugin work properly.
Due to the fact that I do not have hundreds of orders on the website, I managed somehow until now by manually entering the data from PayPal.
But recently the plugin stopped working and I got an error: “Expected currency from order api call to be GBP, got EUR. Please ensure you are passing currency=EUR to the sdk url.”
I got an answer that it is caused by……… a conflict with another plugin that changes currency (although I don’t have such a plugin – because I use woocommerce for this purpose – and [Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce] is dedicated to woocommerce).
I ended up having to hire a web developer who used custom code to capture order id and data and the other error was solved by using sdk js.
I understand that the plugin is free, but honestly I would rather pay for it (or for help in fixing it when it doesn’t work properly with woocommerce) and have a fully functional plugin.

]]>You will never know if this plug-in works on your site seamless until you buy and install it. Then, you will find it is not working at all, and you contact customer service. Then, they go around, asking for all the access even including FTP access, come back after half month, and tell you they cannot resolve the issue nor refund.
If you want to experience the same, please go buy it:) Their customer service really helps you to explore the darkness of human nature.
Their technical support insisted no refund because of protection on intellectual property. The truth is there are so many competitors on the market who works better than them, so who gives it a fxxk? Whoever wants to join the market would do research on a stronger competitor.
In addition, this plug-in is not that hard. I don’t understand why they could not do better debugging before they released.
