Stuck with an ‘under maintenance page’

Good afternoon

I’ve recently taken over an already developed page from a staff member who no longer works with us and am having great difficulty taking down the ‘Coming Soon’ page that has been set up.

I have disabled all of the plugins and removed my cache and unfortunately no luck – I cant quite work out how it was put up in the first place in order to take it down.

Any help would be gratefully received.

You’re developing your site on an online webhost? If you don’t want anybody to visit your unfinished website or if you just turned it off for maintenance, you should concider to install this plugin.
