Photo Gallery is missing on some pages

Hi there,

the Gallery and the comment are missing on the main page at the right side. My other pages are OK.

my comments are missing too on the same pages.

Before this problem I updated the PHP-version and all plugins.

Then I had to downgrade php and the plugins because of some design errors.

Now the gallery and comments are missing.

perhaps anybody knows how to help

This morning I got a reply from my writer that no comments were made. I check, and sure enough all 30 comments have completely disappeared like they never existed. No record. Not even a tally in the post list.

It seems I had accidentally published the post instead of saving the draft, and it went out to Telegram and Twitter. Once I saw it in my Telegram group hours later, I quickly deleted the announcements and sent the post back to draft.

Could that have removed all comments?

How do I get them back?

Comments Missing From Certain Date

Hi – after getting an SSL certificate all my comments from around 30th-31st October 2018 have vanished. They are still in the Disqus admin page, but not showing on the site.

I ran a crawl, and migrated all the URLS and everything else over the past year works fine, but it’s just stuff from those few days that won’t show on the site.

Any ideas?

All Comments Disappeared/ Gone after I have updated plugins

Hi,

This is a Membership forum site and using an Avada theme. I am using WPdiscuz plugin for comment system.

I am not really sure what happened but what I did yesterday was just updated the plugins and then all the comments went missing and just totally disappeared. Its as if no comments were made at all.

Is there a way to retrieve this?

Your help is greatly appreciated as I am stuck on what to do.

so I’m desperate for help! I’ve tried everything I could think of. I have changed themes, disabled all plug ins, etc. I tried making a new comment on a post and while it worked, it now doesn’t count the VERY IMPORTANT first 4. my friend and I use this for writing and are devastated to lose all this precious work so please, begging, help!

Comments didn’t import to new blog

Hello!

I’ve exported & imported my blog content from my old free wp.com blog to my new wp.org one using the .xml file.

Everything was successful, except for the comments. All comments are showing in the backend, but it’s only showing on my website under newer posts. Bit weird cause I only have about 6 posts. Any help appreciated, thanks!

The blog I need help with is awaywithjane.com.

No way to add a comment to a post?

I’m setting up a new blog using Daily Stories, and so far I’m loving the clean, uncluttered look. However, my posts never have the ability to add/view comments.

I confirmed in Settings -> Discussion that ‘Allow people to post comments on new articles’ is selected. But I never see any UI beneath my posts that would allow you to enter a comment, view existing comments, etc.

I’m new to WordPress, so I’ve scoured the various Setting pages.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hello,

I have a few comments on this post:

As you can see in the Comment Moderation Tool (check here, please: https://s23.postimg.org/7bo2iztq3/comment_moderation_tool.jpg), they were approved some time ago and used to show up in the post, but now they disappeared, as you can see in the blog.

This is happening not only with this particular post, but with all of them.

Any thoughts?
