Takes jetpaks unique visitor stats and lets me display that stat as a piece of text in the body of my page – like a hit counter.
Should update when the stats changes.
Must be able to customise it with html in a page or a post.

I have found pieces of code online that claims to do this but I am not a coder so I wouldn’t know what to do with the code I have found. There are also plenty of plugins similar to this but none of them do exactly what I am needing.

I am looking for someone who can create a theme using a Corporate-Design Booklet. The booklet comes with examples, measurements, color codes and so on. A realistic price would be a plus 
There would also be some changes to be made, but only minor ones:

The navigation area to the left vanishes and turns into a conservative, usual one underneath the header, fillable per custom menus
The sidebar and the footer must be fillable per widgets
The four tiles betwen the red stripe and the sidebar are replaced by a usual blog
I think someone can earn a nice amount of money by doing relaxed work.
