Create gift card code before order is completed

Hi there,

I am using your plugin to sell gift cards. However, the codes do only generate when the order is completed. However, I sell physical cards and thus want to write the code already on the physical card. So how can I generate the gift card code already when the order is “processing”? This way I could lookup the code, and write it on the physical card.

Hi, how are you? I created a gift card and went test… After many times, I did not received the email with the gift card code. The order is marked as completed and the gift card does not appear in the order. Do you think Is it some configuration that I’m doing wrong in the product? I don’t have the pro version, but I don’t think that’s what keeps me away from making the gift card work … I tried a few times. At first I thought it was the email, but I noticed that it is not generating the code in the order. So I think is something at configuration…

I don’t know, help me please!

Regarding the Codes

I read in your FAQs “Can I add my own codes, for example if I want to give away numbered coupons?”

I would really like this feature.
Wondering if you could create a feature where you could have a prefix followed by incremental numbers.

Something like prefix: WP
Then an option to have the codes generated as numbers incrementally up to a certain amount like 1000.

Generated codes would look like WP1, WP2, etc.

This plugin seems to be very promising.

Question about dynamic content and URL rewriting

So I have a website I am to make that needs to have approximately 100,000 “pages” I need to make. What I need to do is let users browse by say
Year->Make->Model->Engine Type-> specific page (~100k of these). The only way I have seen this done is with post types and taxonomies, I was looking to veer away from this as we have so many I think having an actual page or post for these things would be massively inefficient in WordPress. What should I look at or try and do to get this to work? Currently they data is in a database as I described with year, make, model, company, engine type etc etc. Thanks for any help.

Code protected event ticket

Is there a way to have a code protecting the purchase of an event ticket? For example, I only want people who have a particular passcode to be able to buy tickets to an event.

On another note, is there a way to have a purchased ticket generate a passcode?
