Issue with ACF Field Data Saving and Post Cloning in WP Job Manager

Hello Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered a bit of a snag with WP Job Manager and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) integration, specifically regarding post cloning.

Here’s the situation: I’ve set up ACF fields to capture certain data in WP Job Manager posts, and everything works smoothly until I clone a post. After cloning, I find that the cloned post doesn’t allow me to publish it.

It seems that the ACF field data isn’t properly carried over to the cloned post, leading to this publishing issue. I’ve double-checked my configurations and couldn’t find any obvious missteps.

For clone post, I used yoast duplicate post plugin.

After adding classic editor plugin, It’s working fine. So…

Why use other plugins with premium subscription like Duplicator which doesn’t clone page on my other WordPress website after new update with subscription. This plugin is absolutely the best free plugin. You may add “Donate” and I’m surely people will donate any small amount for the effort you did. Stay humble developing free plugins. I love being able to clone a page or post because it will inherit tags, categories, attributes, etc. However, one does have to carefully review all the admin-type fields to make sure to update them, such as the permalink and title. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time for similar posts.
