Hopefully you could help me on this one.
I tried copying excel data to wordpress in text/visual tab but it didn’t work. My prime suspect is WP 4.4.1 Clifford.
I always get this format and not the rich format with borders and line:
SPECS, PH PriceHuawei MediaPad M2Display10.1-inch 1920×1200 pixels IPS screen, 224ppiSize7.4mm thick, 500g weightDesignAluminum unibody design, quad speakers or 4 speakersColorsSilver (16GB), Gold (64GB)Chipset & CPUHisilicon Kirin 930 octa-core, 2GHz Cortex A53, 1.5GHz A53GraphicsMali T628 MP4Memory2GB RAM + 16GB internal,
Is this an error because of the NewsMag theme too?
How can I fix this one?
]]>I’ve been having all sorts of issues with this new Clifford 4.4 update. It totally shut down my website to the point
I can’t add any new blogs, music, website pages, can’t take payments for products. plus much much more.
This is crippling my business. I was wondering is there a way I can go back to the last wordpress update that worked.
Clifford 4.4 is absolute garbage
Someone please help me.
]]>I’ve even tried to publish a new post and once it’s published the error page appears when I click on the link to the post.
I’m fairly competent with websites and technology but by all means don’t know how to code. I’m completely baffled by what is causing this issue.
https://theindependentpro.com/t-i-p-blog/ click on the 3 available posts and they will all give you the same message.
In the dashboard I can edit and update my posts and all the information of the posts are there but nothing changes this 410 page.
]]>I was updating through the Dashboard. Now Our Theme login needs updating but I know if I do the update it will throw our website back into maintenance mode and will get the same error about “Could not create directory” message.
Hope this gets resolved quickly and hoping that someone helps us out or will a patch be made available since more than 1 person is having this issue?
Regards Karyn
1. Cleared Browser (Firefox 42.0, Windows 7 64 SP1) cookies and cache.
2. Disabled all plugins.
3. Switched theme to 2015 (unable to get 2016)
4. Using no caching (server side plugins)
Facing three issues that I’ve discovered so far, there may likely be more.
1. Media Library displays as blank. No thumbnails. Add new files button goes to loader (WP). Select files button does nothing. Javascript is enabled.
2. Themes. Add theme button goes to empty “download” form. No form names are retrieved.
3. Admin interfaces select all buttons no longer function. (they don’t toggle all).
In addition, my commercial theme, Story by Pexto, no longer seems to be able to communicate with the Envato market. It simply spins its wheels, attempting to reach them.
I had no issues before the 4.4 update. Beta appears to have failed you folks this time around. I will most assuredly think twice in the future before hitting that update button.

]]>Every attempt gets an error indicating the directory could not be created, for example:
An error occurred while updating GoodBye Captcha: Could not create directory. /public_html/wp-content/plugins/goodbye-captcha/
And of course the .maintenance file is left behind, which I have to manually remove.
I have tried:
I have not had any problems with this install prior to the 4.4 upgrade, even as late as last night, before the upgrade, I installed a couple new templates (no they were not activated) successfully.
Any help is appreciated.
