ClickDesk and W3 Total Cache. Everything is working fine except I cannot seem to prevent the “Offline” and “Online” versions of the widget from caching. In other words, if I change my status (from “online” to “offline” or vice versa) the widget remains unchanged for days it seems. I believe this has to do with the browser caching function because when I clear the browser cache it updates. The ClickDesk javascript code is placed in my footer.php and should appear on every page. So not caching a particular page isn’t a good option. Although I may have to opt for that, I would prefer an option that would solely prevent the browser from caching the widget or, next best, solely the footer.php for every page (but not every page in it’s entirety). I have not included a link to my site as it is not live yet. Cannot find Click-Desk code on my site

I once installed ClickDesk on the website, but after deleting their plugin and other code from footer, I am just unable to find the code to take it out altogether.

It would be a nice feature to disabled or enable ClickDesk on certain pages through the use of a whitelist (enable) or blacklist (disable). There are many cases where it is not optimal to have the chat feature display (such as when the site is called through an iFrame or when on particular page layouts.

It would be nice to have an option to disabled the clickdesk when logged in to WP as an Admin. As a template developer the hundreds of HTTP requests made by the service make debugging a live site hard than it should be. It is also unnecessary as many logged in staff do not want to use ClickDesk to talk with other staff (but it should be an optional toggle).

[Plugin: ClickDesk Live Support – Live Chat – Help Desk Plugin for Websites] cannot install plugin

I added an operator and installed the plugin fine, but then I had to deactivate the plugin, and after that it does not let me add an operator, it gives an error the operator already exists but it does not list the operator and therefore I cannot install the plugin, why can’t I see or delete my operators?

I submitted this problem and got a support ticket number: 10142718 but I still haven’t got a reply to it. Thank you for any help with this matter.
