I like to see what links in my posts people are clicking on. Especially when I have Affiliate links that I would like to see if they are getting clicked on.

I am interested in your click tracking feature with the premium plan but not sure how it will work because I have a custom loop in my shop. Each product in the loop has 1 unique ACF field link. Can this feature track this kind of link?

Also, I asked a previous question here for writing my privacy policy. Can you confirm that relevanssi does not use cookies or collect any personal information from my users if I enable click tracking?

I have created a custom shortcode to embed dynamic content in a newsletter. This content includes several links. I am curious if there is a way to have these links rewritten with the MailPoet tracking feature so that when a recipient clicks on a link it will be tracked in the same way that other links are? For example, is there a PHP function I can call that will rewrite the URL?

It’s obviously super important to be able to track clicks to ads, so I think I’m missing something ha…. thanks!!

Because it uses JS window.open this plugin breaks outbound link tracking in Google Analytics 4 or when very popular plugins like Monster Insights are used for Google Analytics integration and outbound link tracking. I also saw another thread by a user mentioning that their Adsense earnings were negatively impacted through use of this plugin and this I imagine is almost certainly the cause because it will be interfering with adsense click tracking.

This either needs to be fixed or at least a disclaimer has to be added to the plugin description so that users are informed that this happens. Because right now the plugin is not living up to being SEO friendly because of this.

For Google Analytics one could in theory add plugin setttings to add onclick=”” event tracking parameters to links, so that they can still be tracked in Google Analytics even if this plugin is used. But for other things like Adsense I don’t know how you would get around this.

Better to my mind to give the users of this plugin an option to either use window.open or target=”_blank” as the methodology for opening external links and then educate them about the upsides and downsides of each option, i.e. XHTML compliance vs click tracking issues.

I would like to track user clicks on our form button. Google Tag Manager has this option it works and transfers the clicks to Analytics and Adwords. In GTM I use the “Click Classes” for the “link trigger”. But how do I configure GTM that it tracks the clicks and uses Complianz’ cookie consent as well?

Any suggestions?
