Multi checkbox always defaults to first option

I have added a multi checkbox selection at checkout so users can choose a pickup location for our shuttle. Customers can make their selection; however, when the order goes through it always defaults to the first option no matter what they have selected.

In the back end, the first option is automatically grayed out and there is no way to unselect it. No matter how I change or move the options around, the first one grays out.

Anyone know how to fix this? I am using the free version of the woocommerce checkout manager plugin.

Can you assist me with a coupon issue I am experiencing with a checkout options? I created a customized coupon for certain products and a specific payment method, but when I try to use it after adding the product to my cart, I receive an error message. I realized that the coupon activation was done in the cart where no payment method was selected, hence the error. I would like to redeem the coupon on the cart page but have it validated on the checkout page after selecting a payment method. Could you guide me on how to set this up?

Checkout options not showing in cart

Hi, i have been using this plugin for a few months and not had any issues with it. But today the options I had selected for my checkout page are not showing up.

I need a check box option to allow my customers to select whether they have an empty / deposit so I know for the delivery.

I also need the phone number to be required not optional which it was but now says optional when filling in the fields.

These were working fine on my website until today so I am not sure what has triggered the change as I have not changed anything.

Afterpay compatibility?

Everything seems to be working great with this plugin; working with Paypal and Stripe (at least with the main currencies chosen) however we are attempting to test as a US customer (we are based in AUS) and when checking out with Afterpay in the Afterpay portal it reverts the currency to AUD BUT does not update the pricing to reflect that; so i.e. it costs $0.50 in AUD but $0.40 in USD but when going to Afterpay it says $0.40 AUD.

Is there a way to fix this or a way around it?

Square checkout option not showing up, but not SSL yet. Is that why?

I’m first starting out. Woocommerence is installed with Square enabled.

During checkout, other options such as paypal show up. But Square doesn’t.

I don’t have an SSL URL yet (I’ll port our current site’s URL when ready).

But to test square, I can’t. Is it because I don’t have SSL yet?

How to make WooCommerce “Extra charge for COD method” equal zero if coupon code

Within WOOCOMMERCE there is a native option to add an Extra Fee under the COD payment checkout option. It’s fairly common practice for delivery companies to charge a couple of extra bucks for the hassle of handling cash at the door.

WOOCOMMERCE also has the native option to set this Extra COD Fee to ZERO if the shopping cart value is over a certain threshold.

I would like to write a custom plugin (or function) that sets the COD Extra fee to ZERO if ANY valid COUPON CODE is used.

Any suggestions how to get started?

Hi, I’m attempting to set up Payfirma on my site through Woocommerce but am having difficulties. In the Checkout options for Payfirma on Woocommerce, it comes up with this message:
Gateway Disabled: Please uncheck the “Force HTTP when leaving the checkout” option located on the Checkout Options page.
However, in the Checkout Options tab I do not have the option to uncheck this! I have selected “Force secure checkout” and have an SSL certificate, how do I fix this?

Checkout page not loading when 2nd checkout options are added

Hi,

Upon activating 2nd checkout option, where express is the first, when clicking on the proceed to checkout, it results in reloading the cart page.

I activated the Braintree option and GoUrl bitcoin, doesn’t seem to matter which one it is as if deactivated, the checkout page work just fine.

My products are on all on sale. I post the original price to highlight what a discount we sell our products at. The WooCommerce plugin allows us to automatically add 10% for assembly, however, it is 10% of the shopping cart. I want to add 10% of the original item cost. For example, my product sells for $200 and it’s original price is $400. Through the plugin, assembly will add $20 for assembly instead of $40. Is there a way I can setup WooCommerce to automatically use the original price?

Hi Folks,

Can any point me in the right direction please. At the checkout page I am look to put an option so the customer can choose to pay ￡1 for signed for delivery (UK Only). I can’t seem to find any plugins or changes to implement this.
