I’m using the Flexible Shipping plugin on my WooCommerce store. When I add a new shipping method, it appears on the checkout page, but it’s missing all the data I previously entered. It only shows as a generic option labeled “Flexible Shipping,” without the configured shipping details (e.g. cost, description, etc.). I’ve cleared the cache (LiteSpeed Cache) multiple times and refreshed the site, but the problem still remains. Additionally, it incorrectly appears as a generic payment method instead of a shipping option.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and make the details of the shipping method appear correctly?

Adding a product breaks Checkout page UI

Hello All.

I need help with this issue where whenever a ‘sticker’ product is added to cart more than 100, it breaks the UI of checkout first step page. here is the product https://staging62.vr-expert.com/vr-headsets/vr-accessories/buy-cut-out-branded-sticker-universal/ try adding 100 products to reproduce this error. Could anyone help me in resolving it quickly? what could be the possible reasons? whether it’s a plugin conflict or error in code? Please guys I’m not good at debugging. Thanks in advance.!!

I tried checking for code error in themes/woocommerce/form-checkout.php file but couldn’t find the issue.

WooCommerce with Stripe isn’t showing payment box

Hi,

I’m in the process of trying to build a directory website and having major issues with the checkout.

I’m using Elementor Pro to build, along with the GeoDirectory Membership plugin.

I did have a few issues with themes so when the payment wasn’t working I tried WooCommerce’s Storefront and when that didn’t work, reverted back to Twenty-Twenty Four.

I’ve also disabled all plugins apart from Woo and Strip for Woo (which is correctly linked to our bank). I just can’t work out what’s causing the payment page to still have issues.

If you follow this link and add something to the basket you will see two checkouts that I was testing but niether work: [ redundant link removed ]

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Save button is greyed out. Paypal deselects on Checkout page

Hello,

I am facing 2 issues with the plugin.

The Save changes button is always Greyed-out. No matter whatever option I enabled, disabled, it never comes back to blue color, where I can then Save the changes. It is not working at all. Everything else on our site and Admin dashboard is working.
On the checkout page, it keeps Deselecting the PayPal payment method option. We have only one payment method, that is PayPal.
The moment checkout page loads, it first shows the Radio button selected for PayPal, and then when it loads completely it deselects the option of PayPal

Not sure what is happening. There seems some but or glitch. We are using latest version of Woocommerce, WordPress and your plugin.
If you need to know testing on our Live or staging site, please share the email ID, where we can send details.

WooCommerce PayPal Payments failing payments with WooCommerce Multi-Currency

I am using WooCommerce PayPal Payments, WooCommerce Multi Currency and WooCommerce Subscriptions.

I recently upgraded my PayPal plugin and also turned ON Vaulting for Auto Subscription Renewals through PayPal. Now because I have Multi Currency also enabled. My payments are not being processed and they end up in failed payments. Both Subscription and regular product purchases. When users browse the website they see prices in their native currency untill they reach the checkout. At checkout, Stripe works fine with this multi currency setup. However, when trying to pay with PayPal users will see pricing in USD for some reason and the price stays the same. For Example if it was 2.0 CAD$ It will become 2.0 USD. The currency changes, but amount is not converted. And even after that they try to process the payment. the payment is failed and I see following error in the Order Notes.

Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-CANNOT_MIX_CURRENCIES PayPalGateway.php:685 [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-CANNOT_MIX_CURRENCIES OrderEndpoint.php:584 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

Please help me sort this out, The site is in Production and I’m losing revenue because of this.

P.S: Users paying in USD through PayPal encounter no issue.

Different products added after checkout

I am experiencing a bug on our staging site where additional products are added to the order AFTER checkout. It appears to happen when there are 2 or more products on the order. WordPress is up-to-date and I checked for a plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and changing to the Storefront theme for testing. Unfortunately, I’m still having the same issue. I clicked through most of the tools in the WooCommerce > Status tab to do things like verify the database and clear transients but the issue is still present. I also reached out to my host (WP Engine) to see if they were modifying WooCommerce at all and they confirmed that nothing they are doing is causing this. The functions.php file does not have anything on it that would cause this either. This is happening on every browser I’ve tested so far (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

Woocommerce checkout page not opening quickly

Hello there, I have integrated my booking system with Woocommerce so that I can take payment using Woocommerce, but it takes a lot of time to load Wocommerce checkout page while booking any vehicle, sometimes even it’s redirected to the previous page instead of loading checkout page!

kindly suggest how to fix this and make the checkout page load faster when clicking on Book Now
