If you are looking for a human-to-human chat experience for your customers and prospects, this is the plugin you have been looking for.

We don’t like the impersonal our prospects get with a bot or AI crammed down their throat. We are in our first week of using Chatway and it is perfect for us! Sure when we get to being a much-much larger company, we may need other options, but not right now.

The interface is easy to use. You can log in through chatway, or their plugin on your wordpress site, or with their app, so it’s great if you are on the go.

And, the fee’s are the lowest I’ve seen out there for similar services.

Kudo’s to Chatway. I hope more companies find you.

Decent chat bot plugin for my website that does not have ChatGPT (OpenAI).

It is easy to set up and the training mode is cool. Please notice this is a paid service after a free trial.

Swift installation and easy setup. Setting up the bot was fairly simple because the ChatBot app crawled my website to collect the information and trained the bot. I was able to connect it to my web page (through LiveChat) and to the Facebook Messenger.

It’s cool that it does not use ChatGPT in any way, so the data is safe.

Overall – five stars as it gets the job done and offers easy bot training.

Highly recommended. The plugin works perfectly and can be integrated without any problems.
For me, this is yet another confirmation that there are still people out there who provide good software free of charge as open source.
The support is also very competent and fast. The developer is also open to suggestions for improvement.

It’s shocking what this can do and I’m still on the free version of the plugin and I’ve only spent $5 in AI credits. If I create a lengthy post, it might use 1 cent, but generally hundredths or even thousandths of a cent. I’ve created amazing content for my website that I would have never been able to do, and so quickly, it’s unbelievable. I also installed a chat bot that otherwise would cost monthly from any source. Its cost is based on usage, and it doesn’t cost very much at all. I just checked and I’ve spent $2.75 USD so far and I’ve used it a lot. I was considering hiring someone to write content but now I no longer have to do that.

I’ve been using the free plugin for a while now and I can’t believe that it’s free. I love that it can easily generate and then create a WordPress post, filling out all of the information in the appropriate fields with markup applied. I was able to adjust the amount of max characters that I wanted for the excerpt, and save all of that to a template for ease in future posts.
