If we remove these modules it will affect the cgi script and something might break. Is there a way to check if my website/plugin are using cgi script or not? ]]>
When I open woocommerce products list, click to the checkbox at the left top to select all products in the current page. (nearly 20 products). Then bulk actions move to trash. I receive a gateway 504 error.
I disabled all plugins, and installed storefront theme to test if it is caused by a plugin or my theme, and problem didn’t go away.
I contacted siteground technical team, and they were able to replicate the issue by repeating the steps I mentioned above.
Technical person asked me to consult you regarding this problem. Below is the conversation:
Tech.: I appreciate your waiting! I took my time to review all your website and hosting account settings verycarefully, however, I was not able to understand the reason for that timeout. From what I see from the server logs though, it seems like the WooCommerce plugin needs a lot of time to process the request and at some point, the server terminates that request. It is definitely not expected to take that long for such a simple request though and this is why I am thinking that there is some sort of issue with the plugin itself. What I just did was to extend the execution time to the maximum possible, but in case this doesn’t fix it, my best advice would be to contact the plugin developers being most familiar with how it works in details and hence, how to resolve such issues related to it
Me: okay, do you think that senior technicals could be helpful if we create a ticket ? or should I go to check with plugin owners directly
Tech.: I am certain that there is no need to post a ticket because I already checked the logs and they say that the plugin task is being killed by the server because it takes longer than expected to finish its requestMe: okay thank you

I checked with hosting support (SiteGround) and they increased the Apache timeout value limit but that didn’t help.
The errors I’m seeing in the error log are along the lines of:

]]>I am a complete beginner at this and am struggling.
I’ve purchased hosting with 123-reg.co.uk and have followed their instructions to link wordpress to the account.
However, when I go to my site (domain I’ve purchased):
https://www.chooseheadphones.co.uk/
A wordpress page comes up saying the page doesn’t exist.
I should also point out that I am using wampserver <- Will I need to delete the database from wampserver since I am using 123-reg for my hosting?
Can anyone please advise? Ultimately my next steps are:
1. Have a live site at https://www.chooseheadphones.co.uk/
2. Set up Google Analytics to the site
3. Make changes and publish live (I don’t want to be in a staging environment)

Then I try to login to the wp-admin page and get the Index page. When I click on Parent Directory I get:

I wonder if this is as a result of not disabling my plugins before I started? I didn’t read the extended upgrade instructions until after I received these errors. Didn’t know they existed. I tried following the 5 minute upgrade instructions and now I’m in trouble. Any help would be appreciated.
