Login Signup Popup Too Big On Mobile Device

I am able to see the popup to login and signup but it’s too big and it cuts off the sides of the box. How can I fix this?

Web stories not showing on mobile (again)

Hello. After the recent update (1.10.1), a client pointed out that their web stories stopped working on mobile. I searched through the Web Stories forum, and saw that one of the issues could be the “Load Lazy Images” option from JetPack…I disabled lazy images and cleared site cache to test it, but the images still will not display. In the following video, the first image is completely skipped (it didn’t show) and the second story only showed when I physically touched the screen. Otherwise, my client is reporting that there is only a blank screen.

The support team for this plugin is great!
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Menu toggle bar invisible unless you hover over it on cell phone version

Hello,

How can I enable the Menu toggle section to be visible on the cell phone version at all times? At the moment it is invisible when you upload the site on your phone, but appears when you hover over it. I would like it to be visible at all times.

Import user data with custom data

I already read the documentation, but I believe that I did not understand correctly, because I am not able to make the import work.

In addition to Username and Email, the CSV file also contains the Cellphone and CellphoneAlt columns. However, it only loads Username and Email.

Cellphone is an Advanced Field with the Meta-Name custom_field_1 and CellphoneAlt is an Advanced Field with the Meta-Name custom_field_5.

What column name should I use for these two pieces of information?

Now that I’m using a security key to log in to my WP site, it works fine on my desktop. But it doesn’t work with my cell phone. So I’ve activated Google Authenticator for that purpose.

But is there any way to get my cell phone and security key to communicate with each other so I can use it to login to my site?

Hi,

I inserted the shortcode for the StarBox author box in some of my site’s pages. The box displays fine for desktops but for cell phones the text appears only on one column, making the whole author biography take up too much space in the cell phone screen.

Any help with this greatly appreciated.

One of my hobbies is backpacking. Next month I am planning to attempt an Appalachian Trail thru hike. I have set up a website to post photos and videos of my adventure. I have a Photos page and a Videos page set up. I have no problem posting video from my laptop however I won’t be bringing a laptop along. I was wondering if anybody knows of a way to post videos from an android phone (Samsung note9)?

The problem I am running into is I log into wordpress as the administrator and go to the video page and click on edit with elementor but there is no way that I know of to drag and drop my videos into the page from the cellphone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Photonic gallery layout disturbed on cell phones

My Photonic Flickr galleries work just fine when viewed on desktop, as photos are nicely displayed three per row, but when viewed by cell phone visitors and email subscribers, the gallery shows just one photo per row, which makes the gallery impractical, odd-looking and not user-friendly, as viewers have to scroll down too much. Is it possible to make the gallery show three photos per row to cell phone users, just as it shows to desktop users?

I’m using the NewsPlus WordPress theme.
